   I’m in located in Calamba, Laguna, near the new City Hall area. The SMART tower is located in Lecheria, Calamba about 1-2km (I think) direct line of sight from our roof. So far , we are still satisfied with the service we are getting (although) we are not 7×24 user (usually at night and weekends only) . I’ve encountered several hours/days downtimes already since installation last Feb 2006 (maximum is half a day or overnight no connection) but still I think they should be committed to their promise of 7×24 no downtimes!

   MY CONNECTION IS VERY UNRELIABLE!!! It goes on and off ever since this was installed on April 1. Its speed is way too low to be called broadband. Before, I was very excited to have a wifi internet connection because of its features. Now? I want to terminate it if only they won’t obliged me to pay a one year subscription . I should have consulted other subscribers first about the quality of service.
   Fellow surfers, please help!

   tol (joey boy)ganito in problem natin kaya dapat magawan na ng smart ng solusyon tong ganitong problem. tol may mga tanong lang ako ah.

   location: project 4, QC

   Connection is “quite” stable but speeds are slow, as slow as 56kbps. May kaibigan akong magkalapit lang kami ng bahay and pareho kami ng problem. Nakakaconnect ka naman pero dial-up speed. Ilang beses na kaming tumawag pero wala pa ring pagbabago.

   parañaque area dito samin pero astig minsan, minsan naman ang baba lang ng connection min. 67kbps minsan max287-290 un lang po , software support din kasi kaya cguro mejo mabilis ang connection..

   my connection is down for almost one week na. lagi na lang bang ganito… i’m from general trias. cavite. sana maayos nyo na naman pls..kelan ba matatapos ung technical serice na sinasabi nila.
   my speed conection is as low as 40kbps.

   Hi, I’m no longer satisfied with this Internet service! Our internet connection went down last Sunday after lunch..it is down up to now! It’s Tuesday already! I’m sure there is no problem with my PC as I connected another PC just to isolate and got the same problem…I can’t ping the DNS IP addresses…

   I am from Cavite City and working home-based so it is very vital for me to always have an Internet connection. I am a subscriber for just over a month now yet for the past 2-3 weeks, I have been experiencing intermittent interruptions of connection. It is very inconveninent to transfer the phone line to the pc then back to the phone when I have to make calls. The reason I applied for WiFi… so we can make calls even while working, right? Mahirap po ang buhay.

   Smart WiFi, if you are reading these comments of these people, I am paying here and I am trying to make a living – please make all effort to improve your service. We, your clients/customers are the ones keeping you in business. Please take good care of us. Thank you.

    I’m from San Pablo City, Laguna, service is near perfect, it’s not impossible to reach 384 KBps when doing MULTIPLE downloads (ie, download accelerator or Bittorent) .

    im from makati city, smart tower mckinley. kakaiyak ang smart wi-fi! waaahh! im working at home via internet. every 20 minutes, my internet connection gets disconnected. This has been going on for the last two weeks. They are blaming it on the sites i’ve visited recently, baka daw navirus na PC ko. I think not. Poor lang talaga ang service nila…. haay!!

    Cainta rizal, nakabit wifi sa akin ng june 15 2006
    Ok sya naman sya may bihira ako maka experience ng lag
    Madalas dl speeds ko ay 300kbps+
    Ang problema lang nilagay nila yung antenna sa antenna ng tv ko
    Tapos ng inadjust k antenna (X_X) yun nagkalag na
    Tapos 200kbps n lang speed
    Hinahanap ko pa as of know yung dating position ng antenna
    waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

    Olongapo City, particularly in Baranggay Mabayuan.. ok pa naman ang connection ko sa ngayon.. first week ko using bro.. no problems.. averaging from 300-400kbps using online speedtest.. so far ang pinakamabagal na napansin ko is 175kbps nung malakas ung ulan nung tuesday.. siguro ok connection ko kasi tanaw na tanaw ko ung cellsite ng smart kung saan nakalagay antena ko sa bubong.. sana nga lang maging stable na to forever kung pwede lang.. hehe..

    i’m from calamba laguna.. canlubang to be exact and our connection is AWFUL!! for three days..up til now i am not able to upload/attach files.. excuse me, the connection is so terrible that it sucks!
