		<description>old routers and switches? isn&#039;t this a common problem with any telecommunications company? well, i think they are upgrading them anyway. it is probably just a matter of gradually upgrading that part of the network. so probably the equipment in your area has not been upgraded yet.

of course, for PR purposes, they won&#039;t say which areas have been upgraded and which areas have not.</description>
