Im a SmartBro Dealer and I sympatize with all your concerns.
As a marketer it is my duty to know the product so I applied for my own SmartBro to test the product!
And I am also a System Administrator. As a SysAd, its my duty to design, learn, and find how to improve network performance, and I’m sad to say that yung mga nagkabit ng mga antenna nyo — they haven’t got a clue as to what they’re doing!! Incompetent silang lahat!
If you want to trouble shoot your own antenna I’ll help you! Dahil pinagaralan ko na yung antennae nila, kahit tawagan nyo pa yung mga tao sa Smart wala silang magagawa.
Incompetent silang lahat, I was even applying to Smart so I could address all the Subscriber’s concern regarding the SmartBro product! Pero wala ehh, I was denied, if you guys need some help I’ll guide you on how to tinker with your Smart BRo antennae! Aight??

I would like to know how to “tinker” my antennae with this “not so” Smart WIFI/Bro service. I really agree about what you said on their “technical team” and their “walang hiyang technicians”. Very incompetent talaga!!! According to them, they would have a “technical visit” on you. Take note ha, “technical visit” daw. And what you get? A team of 2 or 3 people na naka-motor, kala ko tagakulikta ng 5-6 yun pala taga-Smart. Heeheheh…
I remember the last time they visited me and observed the person who troubleshoot my PC. Langya talaga, ni hindi nga nya halos ma-locate lahat ng keys sa keyboard ko e plain keyboard lang naman gamit ko. How much more if I ask him stuff about networking… grrrr…. Very very INCOMPETENT indeed!!!

Sa tingin ko…alang magagawa kahit mag reconfigure ng Canopy; kasi nasubukan ko na. Yung network ng ISP sa tingin ko ang may problema. Unang una, kung titignan nyo yung ip address na nakukuha natin sa ISP starts with 192.x.x.x which can be classified as a private ip, therefore we belong to somewhat of a corporate network. Napansin ko kasi to simula nung nag avail kami ng Smart BRO. Tatlong bahay sa isang compound ang nag avail. Tapos iisa yung base station na ginagamit ng connection namin. Tinignan ko yung public ip ng bawat isa at ito ang result 203.87.189.154. Lahat ng tatlong pc sa magkakaibang bahay; and take note tatlong bahay yung may kanya kanyang Canopy pero pare pareho yung public ip na ginagamit. Kainis…ngayon…lumalabas na kapag marming users ang nakaconnect sa iisang base station — lahat ng naka connect naghahati ng bandwidth. Kaya sobrang bagal!!!
And one more thing…malamang may bandwidth control pa sa end nila.

Ganyan din sa amin, first 2 months ok at mabilis after that on off na at bagal pa…di kaya na ka program na sa kanila na yung new subscribers ay may 2 months na “leeway” or dedicated bandwidth after that , sharing na? abay SCAM ito! sana may maka confirm! kakahiya SMART!!!
Right now, I currently getting a download speed of 40 KBps using Bittorrent. And testing this with testmy.net, I can see that it’s normal “DSL”. I really don’t think you can get a larger speed than this. So far, it’s been a consistent 40 KBps which is a much better speed than a few weeks back where there is constant disconnection and slow speed.
As for the antenna, I really doubt you can do anything to make your speed faster unless you hack into their servers and make your account faster by allocating more bandwidth.

Wala talaga tayong magagawa pag ang problem nasa base station. Kahit gaano mo kamodify ang settings sa canopy wa epek din yan. Dapat itapon na nila ang mga bulok na base station nila at palitan ng bago. 80kbps to 120kbps ang average ng internet connection ko and it SUCKS!!!! Smart Bro/Wifi Sucks!!!!!! Magupgrade na kayo.
i am a new subscriber of smartbro. so far, It SUCKS BIGTIME!!! simula nun kinabit puro intermittent connection nakuha ko. problema daw sa base station sabi ng mga walang kwenta at walang alam na customer service. wala sila ginawa kundi to put me on hold. they can’t even answer my questons directly. so is it the antenna or the service itself? just the same i would like to know wat you know on how to improve my connection. warpath and/or anyone. tnx!

A message “IP address conflict with another system on network” suddenly just popped up in my computer. the icon then shows as if I were still connected, but internet doesn’t work. I’m just wondering how secure is the connection of this network or what can I do to prevent this obvious theft? Somebody is using my ip. prolly to surf pron or so. But we got fixed ip addresses right? Can We use proxies in connecting to the net?

) Regarding to your problem, i-set mo lang yung ip address mo as automatic. Babalik din yung connection mo.

hello! i subscribed to smartbro a week ago and like a lot of you guys i’m really not happy with their service. i know next to nothing about computers or the internet but i do know that i’m not getting the kind of service that they’ve been advertising. ang bagal nga talaga parang dial-up. even worse sometimes. and what’s up with their ‘techinicians’? parang mga manloloko. cuz they were charging an extra P1000 to put more height on my antenna which i thought wasn’t necessary. ang mahal kaya. they said it’s to help me get a stronger signal but i didn’t buy it so i made them install just the regular antenna. now i don’t know if this is why my connection’s so bad. maybe the shady technicians were right? can someone please help me out? ezra_810@hotmail.com

Gamit ko sa bahay Linksys WRT54GC (P 1,500.00) bought in Pasong Tamo. Ok lang naman sya… 4 wired ports + 802.11b/g. Kaso, maliit footprint ng wifi signal nya. Currently connected 1 Desktop - wired; 1 laptop wifi (via Asus USB WL-167g).
Kung gusto mas malakas wifi signal, get WRT54GL or WRT54G with serial number prefix CDFA and below. That would mean v 4.0 and below yan. Pwede flash ang firmware with DD-WRT para ma boost and signal strength at iba pa.
Mas pangit ang v5 pero pwede na rin flash ang firmware ngayon. Google mo na lang.
WRT54G costs P 3,100.00
Kuha ka router na pwede magclone ng MAC address, para gawin mo same sya sa main PC mo. Pag pa-ibaiba kasi MAC address na nakaconnect smartbro, redirected ka agad sa portal.smartwifi.com.ph tapos kelangan register ka ulit.

Just make sure to change default settings of the router on the first instance.
Change SSID away from Linksys, set Broadcast SSID to disabled.
Change router password (default is admin).
Disable wifi propagation if you don’t have wireless devices.
Enable MAC filtering
Enable WPA
That way, you discourage would be wardrivers from digging into your network.
I know a couple of places near my place that left everything at default. I was poking inside his router in seconds. I didn’t change anything… just took a look at his setup.
I also made sure my laptop’s computer name was a meaningless number…

When it was installed the nearest base station was down, thus they directed to the next one (w/c was far). After a few months of making tiis a slow connection I called tech support and told them the situation.

just wondering if i could use my d-link router sa smartbro. everytime kc mag-internet ung anak ko he had to wake me up in my room where my pc is the primary connection nmin. then i used a hub to network our three pc… sbi skin ng friend ko use n lng me ng router instead of a hub that is why a bought one pero hindi mkaconnect sa smart e..,

i have this problem regarding their intermittent connection and it started last wednesday aug 16 2006, is the dns connected here which is always timing out the dns is 203.87.128.3 and 4 they always have a 16 to 20% loss what is the problem is it switching something on their part or their just dumb and dont know whAT TO DO WITH IT, my kids are always disconnected from the gaems their logging on like pangya , ran, ragnarok etc. and if there is a way on my part to resolve it without relying on those incompetent higher techs?

the dns 203.87.189.154 is the base station so normally it will be the same for each of the same location but the IP Address is different and yes the bandwidth well let say it split and normally the canopy backend AP has a maximum of 60 SM so in layman term 60 user per one base AP and i think Smart or Meridian doesn’t gives a sh** about this… they maybe… nope they are overloading the maximum capacity for each base station and the question how many AP do they have foe each base staion and what kind of Server the are using to accomodate each one of us… right now im coordinating with other user of Canopy in other countrys here in asia and one more thing i monitor the canopy status (http://169.254.1.1) and it never go down but connection to the net (google na lng ) took 2mins plus if ur tryng to use online bandwidth test make sure its not from here… PLDT bandwidth test ain’t accurate bcoz base on my experience and some tweaking i found out that u can manipulate its end result… bottom line its Smart and meridiantelekoms is the main problem and if im not mistaken they reported online that they have more than 100000+ sub mostly from greater manila area and other provinces but the question ???can they accomodate us all… all Smart Bro User???

ngaun lang ako naka visit dito sa site na ito at marami na ako narinig na complaint about smartbro.
Im also a subscriber of smartbro at hindi pa ako nakaka experience the major trouble with regards to my connection.
a piece of advise to all, kung may problem kyo sa connection (slow, intermittent, may mga packet loss) at pinuntahan kyo ng tech support team, please ensure the following:
RSSI should be greater than 500
Jitter should be low (less than 4 but may vary depending on the configuration of the canopy)
Tanungin nyo din sa tech support team kung ano ang Result ng Link Test once na makaregister yung canopy nyo sa isang Base Station.
Itong link test kc ang magdedetermine kung ano klase connection meron kyo with respect sa base station na maaaring makaapekto later on..
Link test is express in terms of % efficiency ng downlink at uplink connection. The value should be greater than 90% at hindi bababa. Kung maganda ang nasasagap na signal ng antenna mo, 100% ito.
Isipin natin na yung signal natin nagbabago kapag nag iiba ang panahon. Nag aattenuate ang signal kya kung hindi maganda ang signal mo na narereceived sa installation pa lang mas papangit yan kapag umulan o may pagbabago sa atmospheric condition.May mga signal na naabsorbed ng tubig at meron din narrflect/refract kya nag kakaroon ng multipath fading.Medyo technical pero that’s the reality.
Sa simula pa lang alamin na natin ang mga ito para later on hindi tyo magkaproblem.
In fairness sa SMART, they are trying their best to give us quality service. Yung mga feedback natin ay welcome hwag lang tyo magsalita ng masasama kasi parang hindi tyo mga professional. =(
Isumbong nyo yung mga contractor na basta lang nag iinstall. kalimitan kasi pinipilit nila na iinstall kahit hindi feasible kya ang subs ang nagssuffer.

pde ka gumamit ng d-link router para sa smartbro mo. para hindi mo na kailangan iopen ang pc mo 24hours. =) yung hub mo pde mo din naman gamitin pa. Kung wired kc connection mo sa router, may specific length lang na kya nya at kpag na exceed nya ito hindi na makakaconnect ang pc mo sa router. that’s the time na magagamit mo din hub.May capability cya mag amplify ng signal. =)
may nabibili n d-link wireless router DI-524 worth 2800+.Pde rin iconnect mga pc mo na walang wireless capability thru its 4-port.
dis router has the capability to clone yung mac address ng pc mo na originaly connected sa smartbro so you don’t need to login again kapag nilipat mo from your pc to the router. Wala naman problem kapag walang cloning capability ang router mo. Ireredirect ka lang sa portal at kailangan mo mag login ng username password mo.
Set ur router sa DHCP para ma obtain nya yung ip add na ibibigay ng smart. Basically, wala ka ng gagalawin sa router except yung SSID kung wireless gagamitin mo. Saka yung sa security. Kasama naman sa manual yung instruction at din kailangan super techky para makapagconfigure ng router.
Kahit naman lynksis, netgear,dlink etc router ok lang as long as may DHCP functionality sya.

if you want to access the canopy, may default ip address cya na 169.254.1.1. eto yung address nya wherein pde mo pasukin using IE.
kung sendfar pa ang gamit mo, iyan yung may MAC address na kailangan mo iconvert sa decimal. HEX kc cya
Hindi lang advisable na basta natin galawin kc pdeng may mabago tayo tpos hindi natin alam ibalik.

nag research din ako sa maximum number of subscriber na kya ihandle ng isang AP. Around 200 subs. This is based sa maual ni Motorola. Ngaun, sa isang BASE station meron anim na CANOPY AP serving the entire 360degrees (yung paligid ng base station).
Isang canopy AP (access point) kc may beamwidth na 60 degrees. In layman’s term, yung kayang icover ng isang antenna ay nasa 60degrees

1. to get a more accurate speed estimate, divide by 10 instead of 8. A transmitted byte consists of 8 bits, 1 checksum bit and 1 parity bit, making it 10 bits per transmitted byte.
2. to get the MAC address of your LAN device, do an IPCONFIG /ALL on the command line. It shows in the Physical address. The MAC address has nothing to do with the IP address.
3. If you are getting an IP conflict (dapat wala yun ah) do a repair from the connection properties. Or from the command line, do an IPCONFIG /renew. This error essentially means that another computer signed into your network using the same IP address. May sira ulong nag static IP na nasa DHCP range. Bago mo gawin yun, kunin mo yung IP address mo, para malaman mo kung ano IP address niya. Tapos, tignan mo kung anu ano ang open ports niya. Tapos, tignan mo kung may shares siya.. Tapos… HEHEHE!!!!
Question to Warpath: Why do addresses obtained through DHCP expires after an hour? Do an IPCONFIG /ALL and you’ll know see what I’m talking about. It will probably disconnect after the lease expires when it renegotiates for an extension or gets assigned a new address. There is nothing wrong with setting the lease to expire after a year, since the address gets released when the user disconnects, di ba?
hello kind of newbie here, im also a SMARTBRO subscriber. so far wala naman akong problem na na-encounter. regarding sa improvement ng antenna reception nyo. pls. do check kung yung antenna nyo naka ayos ng husto and pointing at the right direction kung saan nanduon yung base station nila baka naman naka downtilt/facing ground or uptilt/facing sky wala talagang marereceived na signal yung antenna nyo and then try getting RSSI 500 up and Jitter must be =4 or below kasi kung hindi pag umulan your signal may be weaken, if mababa yung location nyo kailangan nyo ng mas mataas na antenna to have good reception ng signal kung malapit ka sa base station baka naman masyadong malakas yung signal na nakukuha mo pakilihis ng konti para di ma overdrive yung SM mo.

smartbro nayata ang pinaka pangit na connection na nagamit ko sa internet noong nag apply ko sa smartbro sabi niya napapalibotan daw ang pasig ng bts kaya maganda “daw” ang signal.

I am an american who just purchased Smartbro for my wife in Baguio about a month ago. I was quite satisfied with the speeds of 150kbps plus but this week the speed dropped to about 40kbps!! Our voice over IP calls are suffering greatly! Any ideas about the cause? She lives in the Dominican Hills area of Baguio. There is supposed to be good signal there, but like i said…it’s SLOW!

hello bro almost 1 year na din akong subscriber ng smartbro dati smart wifi palang and mga 2 times nang pinalitan yung antenna ko una ung sa motorola canopy ok siya walang problema then after nung bagyong milenyo dun na nagloko wala nang connection ever since i tried to fix it by canopy 169.254.1.1 ba yun and talagang wala tapos tinawagan ko yung *1888 for this matter then walang sumasagot puro voice message lang tapos may background pa na kanta umabot ng 4 weeks meron nang sumagot na mga tech support kuno sa problema ko then ginwa na nila ng action pumunta d2 ang mga contractors then inayos nila they didnt use the motorola antenna kc daw di daw kaya kc wala sa line of sight eh samantalang un nga ang magandang connection na ginamit ko lately na nasira na so binalik nila ung meridian antenna na alam ko na agad nasisira daw yun at ngaun problema ako ngaun sa connection ko dahil sa meridian di man lang umabot sa 256 kbps di nga pwede mag online games kc puro lag ang nangyayari asar! ask ko bro kung what ang tinker guide sa meridian antenna para ako nalang aayos ng antenna kung ano yung dapat na dB na kailangan para makuha mo ung specified na bandwidth para mabilis ang connection as well as ung motorola canopy na rin. eto pala email ad ko toybitz_2010@yahoo.com i am hoping for your immediate response tnx.

I just recently relocated my Smart BRO Antenna to a new house and I can’t get it to work with my Netgear router. This router worked perfectly fine in the old house. I tried several settings to no avail. Would really appreciate any help!
Btw, All of a sudden I can no longer access the canopy configuration page (http://169.254.1.1). Any ideas?

Ei guys i have experienced the intermittent connection since yesterday palang so nag follow-up call ako and apparently, bad signal daw ang reason. I was guessing na kasi yung canopy was installed only halfway up (a bit above roof level) on an old antenna tower dito sa house namin.
So I was just wondering, bakit ngayon ko lang naexperience to? Could it be na may bagong sub na nakakaagaw ng signal? Wala namang bad weather or obstructions akong na-observe.
Anyways, please help me prepare naman in case na may technician na pupunta, as in kung papaano ako magiging sure that he really would find the best direction/height for the canopy para ok ang signal.
I want to try adjusting the canopy myself kaso I’m afraid I might make it worse.

@Shadow682: Kung ngayon mo lang na-experience, the problem’s probably not with your Canopy. If you are able to switch access points on the same base station, or to a different base station altogether, you’ll be able to test kung may tama nga yung Canopy mo, or kung alignment problem, or kung access point / base station problem. Gaya sa akin, I can switch between 3 access points on one base station, pero isa lang yung kaya mag-maintain ng SM to AP connection. Ang malas, yun yung AP na puno ng users, so ang lakas ng timeout (13% currently). So palipat-lipat ako ng AP. Sakit sa ulo, no?
The best you can do is keep calling custserv, and confirm with them that all your calls have been noted, para pag tumagal yung intermittence, pwede ka mag-apply for refund pag naayos na yung connection.
@Shadow682: With regards to the Canopy alignment, the Canopy control panel is your best friend. Pwedeng ikaw na ang mag-align nyan ng mano-mano. You can check the distance between your Canopy and the base station, tapos i-sweep mo yung radius nun sa Google Earth (with the line tool) para ma-check mo where exactly the base station is located. Tapos i-aim mo using your Google Earth printout as a guide.

Do you know exactly what is the antenna the use so i can download the data from the Motorola website ? Is there a picture or data available about the reflector that the want to sell me for about 8000 php. ? And do you know how long the UTP Cable maximum can be between the antenna and the computer ? a lot of questions but if you read my story later you will understand…. hi everyone, 2 months p lang ako subcriber ng SmartBro…last monday i lost my connection. nireport ko and Technicians came nung thursday…they replaced my antenna kasi daw mahina na. tapos heto, my last speed test from myspeedtest.com shows that my worst connection speed is 4.7kbps and best of 199kbps….the base station is about 4-5 kilometer from my location..my propagation; 30ft above the roof of a 2 storey. Hindi tuloy ako makapasok sa ibang gamers ng Rakion…kainis

Hi, i subscribed to smartbro for my gaming purpose. I play online RTS games. when I first got my connection in dec, i can play the game “stronghold legends” online. but after one month, hindi na makakonek sa server yung game. kahit na patched yung game ko with the latest update. hindi pa rin makakonek online ang game. tinawagan ko yung smart noon and sabi sakin e dapat daw i-upgrade ko yung connection ko which will make my monthly bill twice as much compared to the plan 999.I don’t think that is the solution. any please help me.

Smart bro people don’t even know their own network architecture. If you ask them to explain to you how Canopy Platform works, they will tell you “Sir/Ma’am, we’re not allowed to give out that information”. Now allowed? Or they just don’t know what to say.
If you need help guys, just head on to http://pinoybroadband.net and post your questions, I’ll try to answer them one by one. I studied the architecture of Canopy Platform, etc. I’ll try my best to help you out. I’ve used smart bro as well and yes, they suck.

i got my smartbro connection today. alam nyo ba yung mga technician na nag install sa akin ay hinde talaga mga computer technician or IT related. Kasi sila din ang nag sabi, hehehehehe. While installing my smartbro i watch kung paano nila gawin. Guest what i learn fast. Kasi ComSci grad ako. Nakuha ko lahat ang pinag gagawa nila kaya yun, i reconfigure my Canopy, kasi ba nman 10mbps ang nilagay na settings. then lonting search tungkol sa canopy wla ang 170kbps to 200kbps kung connection naging 300 - 400 kbps hehehehe. Tapos naka open pa yung document nila sa next client, yung account #, service #, name and address. Which mahalaga sa pag configure ng smartbro wahahahaha

Regarding dun sa Routers. if smart gamit niyo recon nio to point out sa diff ip adress. or make ur ip static then the other ganun din. kc they dont work if u assigned them to somewhat ung ip parehas..
And about all pipol asking how to tinker.. you CANT. you can configure lang yungconnection settings nio. on how to inmporve your speed lalo na sa pppoe kc wireless dba. and ive read someone say na sa base station. tama yun. the only thing kaya ka may 192.xxx na ip kc its the gateway use. so your ip ranges from 0 to 255. lalo na pag strict ang network nila. they can only assign so konting ip’s and what will u get if ur ip is diff from others. discon. every few hours. theyre server kc have to refresh naman diba. so all you can do is konting tiis. and if you can hack the server. maybe malagyan nio ng “uncapper” to take the limit away. but thats just simply not ok. so ayun. many techniques naman to improve it a little eh like ung rssi. tska net config niyo. and location if your somewhat using antena. OK ge babay!

Mga bro ang problema lang tlaga sa smart bro ay ung installation nila ng antenna nila once kc pag nbago ung phasing o tumungo ung antenna mo yari ka na, pede i- check un sa canopy setting, punta kau sa tools tapos link capacity test, then hit test pag di umabot ng 60% ung downlink effy. nyo nabago na ung phasing ng antenna nyo..

my problem is, i just bought a d-link DIR-300 wireless router, naka install na yung router pero may problema sa pag set-up. hinihingi yung user id and password to connect, pag nilalagay ko naman hindi rin nakaka connect, bumabalik lang dun sa page kung san ko ilalagay ung id and passwd. any ideas kung bakit po ganun?

Halos lhat ng holidays at weekends nitong nakaraang 2 buwan e wla aq access at bad trip na rin aq kakatawag sa TSR nila dhil same old stuff yung binibigay nilang reason sakin. Minsang tumawag aq at ganun din ang cinabi nung TSR nila e inunahan q na yung kanyang dialogue na scripted dhil sa inis q. At ngaun parang kada-10am lng ng umaga aq nagkakaron ng connection dhil nakakailang-restart na aq ng PC q e wla pa rin koneksyon kapag earlier than 10 am. Di po nakukuha sa tweak yan. Palagay ko mahina lang talaga signal ng smartbro sa area nyo o maraming obstuctions. Isa pa baka dumami ang subscribers kaya kung mas malakas ang signal nila, si mauuna.

If you are using smartbro HSDPA modem(USB dongle), you can’t get much help. Talagang ganyan yan. Kung minsan malakas kung minsan mahina. Try to position your PC (anywhere in your house) where you can get the strongest signal. Best location is your rooftop but you don’t want to do that.
If you are using smartbro canopy, the solution is as I and ‘Bacchustyx’ mentioned above.

Buy any brand of router connect your smart bro line rj45 to WAN port of router then buy a spare rj45 lenght 5-10 meters plug to your ethernet port and the opposite end of rj45 to port1 of your router done your router is pre configured default gateway be sure to use DHCP settings of your ethernet

i try to have free internet connection for 5 months when i temporarily deactivated my smart bro i request not to remove their canopy from my house i tell smart wireless center personel that i reassinged from other place i cannot follow up my payment and use my internet if im out of town. my plan. was successful i cahnge my canopy ip remove some info from my motorola canopy SNMP the one i put entry config ip, radio color code, QoS and try to test if i can connect to smart bro deactivated line, miracle happens i have a free internet line.

im happy with my smart wireless canopy line downloading 24/7 via torrent without dissconected. im in provincial area w/no full service of smart hsdpa but my speed max download 72kbps peak hour depending on weather sometimes reached to 121kbps non peak hours. now my os installed on my pc was Mac OSX Leopard 10.5.6 by the help of internet my dream to have mac os came true.

hi po sa mga techies dito sa forum. i’m also a smarbro wireless subscriber and i’m connecting to the internet via a Linksys Wireless-G broadband router and have a hp dv9000 laptop. my problem is my maximum download speed in utorrent is only up to 40kbps and that is if there are enough seeders (you might say a lot of seeders) and very few leechers. how come i can’t download at the advertised speed of up to 384 kbps? i’ve been a subscriber now for 1 yr and 6 mos. does it have something to do with my geographical location? i’m living in santiago city, isabela, region 2. any help on how i can improve my download speeds and maximize my smartbro internet speed?

Your geographical location may be one reason but your orientation with respect to the service tower is a big factor. To have a good wireless link, your canopy must be within the line of sight of the tower. Meaning, if you will put your eyes where your canopy is, you should be able to see the tower. No blocking objects like trees, hills, or buildings and you should not be too far from the tower. To improve your reception due to these factors, use a reflector as I mentioned above.

another thing, if you have the ip that starts with 10.XXX.XXX.XXX and you accidentally restored your SM to factory defaults, chances are you might not access it anymore, try the 169.254.blah.blah method, it worked for me….

Hi smartbro techies..kindly help me..i have this black smartbro plug it, the 1 with orange border ..i am also using windows vista. b4 i dont have problm with it in fact its very fast in downloading videos and other docments. but recently even though my 3G/HSDPA signal is full bars the recieve rate is frequently drop to zero. this always happens every 5 mins after i was able to connect..i called the smartbro hotlines 4 so many times, they also help me in trouble shooting but still after a while the problems repeats again..I already turned off my firewal even my anti virus prog as what adviced 2me but still the problem is existing..pls how can i manage diz problem..help me..thanks (here is my email add rijyg@yahoo.com)
