i expect that smart bro plug-in has a good service but then a while when we bought a smart bro plug-in i was disappoint of their signal ….
sometimes it has no signal and by the next i plug it to the computer the port was unable to connect to the internet i was really disappointed because it has a five day free internet connnection but it doesn’t have by the next day

and so what can you prove if your advertisement is not true
that is unrealible!!!!! wtf!!!

i want a good answer for this.. my smart bro isn’t working well anymore.. i loaded unlimited surf to the internet for 5 days but i wasn’t able to use it, because every time i tried to connect it always have this message: ” cannot established a connection because the port was closed”.
So, how do i solve this problem?
can somebody help me in here?

regarding sa Email sending via SMTP.

you can send all your outgoing mail using smtp.smartbro.net as your outgoing mail server ^^

LPCORPORATION… it seems like ur saying that smartbro is good for everything just because ur not a gamer(that’s how i see it) i have smartbro 999 and still has 9 months to go for the one year lock up period and we are having trouble with connections to e-games and other online games… and you mentioned to go to egames office just to play? that’s funny becoz the reason you bought an internet connection is so that you wont have to leave ur home just to play… and for the basestation our location is really close to the base station and they always say we have great connection but still we cant connect to egames due to IP problems and network problems… and for the ports it is up to smart to fix it since they are our network provider for the internet… we’re paying for just paying them and we’re not getting all 100% of their service… even if u call smartbro hotline you’ll just waste ur time and saliva just talking to a blank wall or a wind that carries your words to nothingness… all have to do is fix the connection provide us with private IP so we can connect with less problems to online games specially egames and level up since the IP they are accepting is the private IP of the base tower and not our “public” IP that we get from the dynamic connection… BECAUSE RESIDENTIAL ACCOUNTS OF PLAN 999 SHARE ONE PRIVATE IP WHICH IS THE IP OF THE BASE TOWER try calling them and talk to a supervisor coz u wont get any help from their so-called “tech support team” damn!!! SMARTBRO JUST FIX THE DAMN CONNECTION… wow this is a waste of time since its not going to get through to smartbro… oh well

Guys bago kayo sumagot sa main topic basahin at intindihin nyo munang mabuti…

Ang ibig sabihin ng topic at closed ang port 25… Walang pakialam ang port 25 sa internet speed nyo kaya wag kayong sagot ng sagot tungkol sa speed kung di nyo alam sinasabi nyo..

I have a very good smart connection but the problem is I cannot send emails through smtp because port 25 is closed…

Di nila dapat sinasarado yan dahil yan ay standard port para sa outgoing email..

Hello!! I used to be using Smartbro for 1 Year Exactly.. (My Lockin has been finished days ago..) I Just want to say that SMARTBRO Services Are Good DEPENDING ON THIER LOCATION..

I Dont care Of that Playing RAN Online.. You can go to egames Office and directly Play There if youre Not Satisfied with Thier Services. There are Many People Wants to have Internet Connection.. Some of them hAve SmartBro Powered.. But the problem is They Cant Connect to SMartbro Base Station.. So They have no Luck.. While Others Like Complainers Here Says It Has Bad Connection.. What If you have a DSL Cable and there Is a truck that badly Hitted the Whole Wirings Not Only your DSL but The Electricity too..

If youre Not Satisfied with SMARTBRO, Go to Digitel! they are Offering Good Service than Smart.. Go To Globe! they offer fast internet than Smart,

REMEMBER that SB is giving you Internet By using WIRELESS Technology.. So dont expect High Speed with It Unless .. your Cheating ..
