Who can help me?
..recently, I can surf the internet fastly when I’m using 3G
now, i can’t surf using 3G because letter “P” in my Smartbro interface is lost while letter “C” still remains..

hope you can help ma..

Im very much disappointed with our newly installed smartbro plan 999. It was installed last Saturday and It was okay when the technician started up in my notebook computer. thinking it was successfully installed , I never had a chance to use it again because I travelled in the province.

When i came back to use it this Thursday, I didn’t had an access and only shows “can not find server” What happened?
I tried to dial up their 24 hour service…. only long computer generated voice answer machine can be accessed. When they requested for my service number….” Antenna is di-activated….

So whats wrong????? At least I need a technical person who can attend and help me troubleshoot the problem.

This is not smart bro? I used my plug-in smartbro to express how i felt…..Hoping that may not have experienced the same….Goodluck

SMART BRO SUCKS BIG TIME, THOSE WHO ARE SAYING IT’S GOOD, PROBABLY WORKS FOR THEM…DON’T GET IT, ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN THIS RACKET, I GET BETER SPEEDS WHEN I HAD MY 56K DIAL UP A LONG TIME AGO, 48KBS IS MAX I CAN FROM THIS CONNECTION, cAN’T EVEN STREAM YOU TUBE….

same here, I got Smart Wi-Fi because PLDT myDSL is not available in my area.

I chose SmartBro because PLDT rejected my application for a MyDSL account. Some of the PLDT personnels I asked said that our current PLDT number does not support the connection for DSL. That’s odd because some of my neighbors already have their own PLDT DSL account. One even has a MyDSL Biz account because he owns an internet cafe. Another personnel said that the cables used by PDLT DSL did not reach our street, that’s why I won’t be able to apply for a MyDSL account. They said the only solution for me is to apply for a SmartBro account.

almost a year now since im using the Smartbro, i made a problem just days after the installation, but now it seems its very good, in terms of speed just because im near in the cellsite which they prefer about 1.5 kms in radius., about DSL only PLDT has offers here but they are lacking of technical support services that the no. 1 problem here in our area because i have friends with net cafe using DSL.

it’s cheaper than a DSL line on a monthly basis as we use a prepaid phone line at home which need to be converted to a post paid line when you go DSL. but if cost is the same, i would go for DSL or even cable internet. so far, my smartbro link is ok after having a 2-month intemittent problem! and changing one parameter on my antenna really helped..(i changed the color code!)
