Guys pls. help me. i’m using smart bro prepaid and i set my company email using smtp.smartwifi.com.ph and it works and sending no error, but but when i try to send to my own address, my message is not arrive on my own email. pls help me for my smtp settings. thanks in advance

mac mail po ang gamit ko.

incoming server:salvacion.init0.ch

ung ISP is smartbro? hindi ho ako makasend gamit ung mac mail, but if i use webmail ng smartbro, makakasend po ako…

still waiting for the help… kc, May 2009 pa po ako tumawag sa customer service ng smartbro, and even to go to the smart center to ask help until now(aug. 17) po hindi pa rin ok ang sending configuration.

pero sa office po, pantelco/dsl ung gamit namin na ISP, same server(salvacion.init0.ch), wala po problema, we can send.

help is high appreciated…

i am using mac mail. my ISP is smartbro. i cannot send. i tried all the above suggestion, but still not working. please help.

Tried all the above but not workinh until I chaged the out going smtp setting to smtp.info.com.ph in Outlook Express now working the same as when I was back in Australia and connected to my Tadaust server.

i tried all of your suggestions but i still cant do both (send and receive emails)
and it seems like the problem is with my pop server. my log on prompt keeps on popping up eventhough ive put my correct user id and password. i am trying to use my yahoo email add for my outlook 2007

using the following servers:
incoming pop: pop.mail.yahoo.com

please tell me what the fuck im doing wrong! hehehe appreciate if you can help me out guys.. thanks.

For MS Outlook Express or MS Outlook
On More Settings->Outgoing Server Tab->Uncheck My outgoing server (SMTP) needs authentication

My ISP is Shaw Cable…but since I live in the Phil half the year, I access my shawmail with Outlook…
My server settings are :

pop.shaw.ca (incoming)
smtp.smartbro.net (outgoing)

It works for me…I hope this helps!

Outlook has been working fine with smtp.smartbro.net sinces ages. HOWEVER since last night when i try to send i get this message
” ‘info@ocean-republic.com’ on 3/10/2009 2:11 AM
451 4.7.1 Greylisting in action, please come back later
SO i guess they changed something and never told any body. The support office here is useless. So i’m stuck trying to send emails.

ANyone know the new SMTP settings?
