   you can use outlook as your email using the following:
   User Infrormation
   User name :Firstname MI Lastname
   Email Address: username@smartwifi.com.ph
   Logon Information
   Username : (name you use when you activate smartwifi)
   Password : (password you use when you activate smartwifi)
   Server Information
   Incoming mail (POP3) : pop.smartwifi.com.ph
   Outgoing mail (SMTP) : smtp.smartwifi.com.ph
   then click “Test Account Setting”. if you are correct you will received MS Office email confirmation

   i got my smart bro connection on oct. 14, 2006.

   i tried calling smart tech support (672-72-77) to ask the same question about my email. nobody answers and they play this music which is ok the first time but is irritating after it is looped for a hundred times and your call is still not answered. same thing with the celfon number (*1888). the answer is always the same - all lines are busy try calling again later.

   i suspect there are really no people manning their call center.

   i googled smart bro email and here i am. i followed the info i got here and whadyuno, it worked.

   where can i check my smartbro bills online…i have tried the given instructions and accepted the terms and conditions, now…where can i get my username and password? smart po ba provide non or create ako ng username and password ko po? thanks.

    your info in getting the email pass word is not in order,,i find it hard in getting my password in your smart bro e-mail..

    bakit po ganun??! hindi parin maka log in sa smartbro email ung user id tsaka ung pasword na ginamit pang activate before….haay…ung bill po rin kasi sakin dpa dumarating pag dumating dito lampas due date na kaya diko namamalayan may penalty nako…

    why there’s a lot of problem were encountering on our accout………..

    di makareceive ng emails…..

    di makapagsend ng emails……..

    at most of all di maka log-in sa http://webmail.smartbro.net

    company to!, we need to communicate with our costumer…

    but how if the connection that were using is not good.. it will affect our jobs..

    please chase it up, make a best solution on this please…………..

    1 week of follow-up sa smart webmail bkit lagi invalid name at password paulitulit lng sagot still the same error “error password or user name incorrect” may new user and password na binigay still dont work poor service

    Bwishit! magto-2 months na invalid username/password yung email account ko. Ilang beses na nagyari to dati pero after mga 2-3 weeks bumabalik sa dati…ngayon lagpas two months na di pa rin maayos-ayos…ano ba talaga mamgyayari? todo na worry ko akala ko na-hack na yung account ko eh dun pa naman napupunta yung mga confirmation emails ko sa paypal pati mga details…

    basurang connection yan… wala bang magiging improvement. talo pa ng globe or PLDT ung service niyo. pantay pantay lng yung bayad pero iba-iba yung serbisyo… kung hindi nyo kaya mag wireless, mag DSL na lng ung system nyo.

    I cannot access our smartbro email.After giving our username and the password I can’t still access into it. Maybe the password is wrong. I wanted to avail the rebate in the loyalty points of SMART as a smartbro subscriber. What should I do?
