I’m using a Linksys WRT54GC (for P1,500.00 only).. it’s good for wired connection, but not so good for wireless.. you’re better off getting a WRT54GL (or any WRT54G below V5). Google WRT54G to get serial numbers for models below G5. Post your email add, I’ll email you the tel no./address of the store where I bought the router.
Also, get a router that can clone you pc’s MAC address. This way, you’re not redirected to the smart wifi portal every time you change machines.

I’m using a Linksys Wireless-G Router for the two computers connected through LAN and an Apple Powerbook connected through W-LAN.
Some say Linksys is a bit expensive, I do remember my friend telling me either get a Linksys or a D-Link Router. Both are very easy to install.
if you want to go a bit cheaper use edimax router, though it may not be as easy as linksys to setup but you’ll get it running…
