Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Hi peeps! Just got connected thru Smart Bro almost 3 weeks na and so far no problem encountered on my connection even it is raining, Im from Tanza Cavite cguro wala pa gaanong subscriber dito sa lugar namin
… Canopy says that I had a Jitter of 2 and 0.51 miles Air Delay. The network speed is syempre tulad ng sabi nyo mabagal nga
I got around 40 kbps to 160 kbps.
My problem is I’m infected by Trojan Virus and trying to cure it with a lot of virus cleaner which I downloaded on the net buto to no avail. I’m planning to re-format my hardisk because its slowing down, my question is how can I re-establish my connection on Smart after formatting my hard drive?

Be sure to have your LAN Card detected/reinstalled after reinstalling your OS. By default it is set to “automatically obtain ip” which is smartbro’s default setting.
gnun lan po ba? meaning, we dont have to re-configure our canopy settings and/or connection? tama po ba? meaning pwede ko na rin i-reformat PC ko, yahooooo!
try mo to 168.254.1.1 sa browser mo then login root/root for username and password. change the configuration of the quality of service bandwith. to the max. then your speed will speed up too. enjoy

Kasi pi wala hindi po alo makaconnect ng smart bro dahil wala po sa network and bahay namin. Tapos nagtanong po ako may nakapagsabi na mag pa wifi lang po raw sa smart. Paano po ba gagawin yan? Please kailangan ko poh ng sagot nyo
mabagal po ang serbisyo.wag mag set ng araw at oras kung hindi sigurado.dahil nakakasira ng oras sa mga taong naghihintay sa wala..bakit kapag nakapag bayad na ng bill ang bagal pa ng service ng mga crew.one year contract nasusunod ang contract pero ang pangit ng service.
