   first of all if you always access your canopy URL the canopy will block you coz you may exceed the time allowed for accessing the canopy… the smartbro company has no access outside the canopy for clocking it the conopy itself has block you ang heres the tip on how to regain access to the canopy..

   kung gusto nyo maacces ung canopy nyo cguradong cgurado ko d2.. akyatin nyo canopy then ibaba nyo muna kumuha kayo ng wire na about 2 inches or tsani ung pambunot ng buhok open nyo ung cover ng canopy then my isang outlet dun ng cat5 calble 6 pin pag connectahin nyo lang ung 4 ang 6 na pin sa saksakn then open nyo pc nyo nakaplug ung canopy sa lan at my power open internet explorer type 169.254.1.1 hala yan na nakapasok ka na sa URL ng canopy… okaya naman kung merun kang wire na RJ11 CAT5 cable 6 pin yun cut the other ent then plug the other end in the canopy extra plug the ground the green ang orange wire without connecting the others start your computer ang then IE hala yan na canopy url Hopes these help you…..

    Yo, hndi na kelangan access yung canopy.
    Obtain Ip mo lang then Powercycle yung PC.
    Access lang ng IE or Mozilla and Automatic na mareredirect sa sa Activation page yun.
    Hanap ng Account Number at Service Reference Number.

    dati UN and PW.

    Matagal na ko hindi nagaccess Canopy. Then session expired unauthorized na nagpost after logging in using my preferred username and pwd. General tab lang meron, walang edit options (Configuration,QOS, etc.)Tried using “root” / “admin” sa login. WALLAHH!!! Pasok!!!!……TNX a lot!!!!!

    Well, it sounds true, anyways, we cannot stop it, the only solution is that tell to the main office and make proposal. I have suggestion regarding cinnectio its good but you know cracker are the installer of the reference number in order to obtain connection, so the main point is that they should not know it otherwise we as a subscriber or subscribers may face difficulties rgarding the connection because they trace it and of course enter our PC. It is true, need basis I have!!! So Please tell to your agent that be aware of what they are doing because they may be liable for the damage of the computer. TNX, also the master is liable.

    My advice is that, as a user we shoul know what to do in our PC, we have all access to it, therefore, we are te ones that could stop the anomalous activity, by doing so, security protection.

    dina pwede ma access ang canopy ng smart ngayon dahil lahat ng basesatation nila password proctected na lahat. dina rin pwede magamit ang default username and password na root and admin…

    the key is in the canopy itself..hanap kau ng ibang canopy sa friend nyo or barkada..access the username and password..clone the mac address of your friends canopy..then open mo ung canopy mo…by using default username and password..change the mac address..power off and restart ur pc..voila! you have access the internet!

    hi… was able to get to my canopy’s homepage pero nakalimutan ko isave ung password ung technician … grrr… super bagal ng connection ko ngaun…dati pumapalo ng 1.5Mbps ngaun nasa .65 na lang T_T…

    i tried ung 1n$t@||3r pero di gumana eh… any ideas? was able to save ung username and ung ip address na10.XXX.XX.XX though T_T,
