hay kelan pa kya mamatay ung creator ng smartbro! i hate it..one week na aqng d mkaaccesss sa yahoo messenger! smantalang sa ibang site ok naman access ko! kht ititnawag ko na sa *1888 but still puro promises lang na actionan nila but still no response! until when ako paasahin! SMARTBRO IS TOTALLY SUCKS! ang ganda ng advertise sa tv but sa service wa wenta! bwst!

hindi pa pwede ipacut yung contract?nakakadisappointed na kasi…kapag di ka nkapgbayad ng sakto sa deadline ittxt ka nila ng reminder…pero service naman nila di mayos-ayos…hay…wais ang smart kasi kapag pina terminate mo yng contract(SMARTBRO999)babayaran mo yung existing month pati yung printer…bwisit wala tuloy ako magawa kundi hintayin yung 2 years matapos…bad trip!!!!

I have same problems, what I did was I went to their office and had requested to cut my smart bro, they even told me if I am sure co’z I can never apply again, oh! well! sure!. They are not the only server.

Wow! Playing online FPS games on smartbro really makes you want to go out with a big rifle and head to their office and make a complaint. It sucks, big time.

I agree with some of you, mabilis ang service nila pag magkakabit. After that, mabagal service nila sa pag respond sa tambak na problema ng smartbro wifi na yan. Laging down – local only, if ever there would be a connection the speed fluctuates from slow, to slower, to shutdown na nga lang baka masira ko pa laptop ko. Don’t bother getting this wifi service from smart – the original smartbro was better. Better yet get it from another company.

Bakit palaging mahina ang signal ng internet namin dito sa tabuk kalinga pwedeng palakasen nyo para sa election….ang haba ng buffering.. please lang po
