sana maayos na kaagad to kasi nakakabadtrip at nakakasira ng magandang araw.San gumawa na ng paraan ang smart dahil super bagal talaga ngaun ng smart kainis!!!!!!!

mula nong binili ko to smart bro plug-it ko hnd ko nranasan n mgnda ang signal ko.kala ko p nmn mbilis ang smart bro..lgi ako na ddisconnect and nwwla ung sgnal.pg tumatawg ako s customer service,gnon at gnon prin troubleshoot nila ung network settings ptanggal2 lgi ng plug-it pro gnon prin po wlang pgbbago s signal ko naddisconnect prin ako until now.nanghihinayang ako sa pgbili ko nito..nkkpagod n kc lagi nlng ako tumtawg s customer service..hayzzzz….

though it really needs a LAN card even the PC was previously used in Globe dial-up? the installer inform my son that we need to purchase LAN card for 500 pesos and also additional charges for attena support greater than 10 feet?

ung bagong commercial (speed Test) ba na ipinakita ay parehas ba ng lapit sa kapwa tower nila, baka ung gusto lang nyo palabasin ang gusto nyong ipakita sa publiko, para mas makahakot ng subscribers. maganda sana kung merong parehas na representatives para malaman kung tama talaga ang pinagsasabi sa commmercial, para fair ang laban d ba? para hindi puro kasinungalingan d ba?

If you can’t get wired DSL try mo na lang gamitan ng reflector para maging stable ang connection mo. You can inquire reflectors from http://www.roughclaw.com. I read from the other thread that smartbro subscribers in Mindanao are now using Roughclaw reflectors too.

buti sa inyo mga berks may pag pipilian tulad ng myDSL d2 sa amin sa marawi city naks, ang smart talagang smart ang smartbro….pag bukas mo umaga wow ang bilis then gabi na nawala hanggang umaga…balik ulit sa gabi..wala naman sa umaga…ano ba yan hide and seek…tulad sa inyo patay sindi.
Mga bro dyan sa smartbro ayusin nyo naman ang service…sabi ng customer care nila…eh sir, ano pa po ang mai paglingkod ko sa inyo……
