   WIMAX is not yet fully implemented meaning, you’ll pay for its development. Para kang bumili ng condo pero hindi pa gawa gets? So you’ll paying 1/2 of the original speed that WIMAX is capable of, I think we have to wait for 100 years before Smart’s network will be feasible to cater subscribers’ needs.

   It’s been 52 hours since we got our unit of smart wimax. Pero wala pa rin signal. Were from Mendiola, Manila. hmmm. Sabi nila down system daw? daw ha? pero antagal naman maayos. bagal talaga.

   Guys new updates….. sa smartbro wimax…. and MOTOROLA BRAND na CPE ang warranty ay 1 YEAR (replacement yan na walang bayad) at eto na… kung ang ibibigay sayo na CPE sa wireless center ay ZTE na CPE 15 DAYS lang ang replacement warranty… beyond 15 days, babayaran mo na ang device… So kung ikaw ay gustong magsubscribe sa Smartbro WiMAX …… MOTOROLA ang kunin mo… kung walang motorola …. wag ka ng magsubscribe kasi madaling masira ang ZTE kung yuna ang kinuha mo… Gagastos ka lang ng bayad sa device which is something about 4000 to 5000 pesos… kasi maiksi lang ang warranty unlike MOTOROLA>>

    hay naku kakainit ng ulo ang wimax 26 hrs na ako mula actvte ung wimax ko pero aantukin ka sa bagal at nawawala connction ng internet balak ko balik ung unit ko magbabayad ako monthly bill ng di ko magagamit pls nman smartbro paki ayos nyo nman…..

    Hi guys! please visit my blog http://mysmartbrowimaxdiary.blogspot.com/ . I put here my daily experience using smartbro wimax. My connection are good, low ping 90ms and a very very small amount of “Request timed out”, download speed using torrent, flashget, youtube downloads are good and continuous. The problem I always get are “Connection timed out” and “Server not available” when browsing. I think the problem is on their system.

    @yoke: ay pareho pala tayo?hehe.. i have to hit F5 several times bago ako makapasok sa isang website. 8days since nagpakabit kami, thumbs down agad sa smartbro.

    hay naku.. 1st month of use na mabilis ang connection and then three days from now na biglang ng slow ang connection ko.. im always getting “connection timed out” many time which needs refresh 5-10x to load the page.. and there Customer CAre service sucks, very rude and i have been disconnected 5x with different agents for asking for their supervisor. I hvae already reported this incident regarding with this issue. hope NTC will fix this problem.

    low speed talaga ang smart, mabagal pa sa mabagal, sa una lang maganda, ningas kugon lang…. i hope u got some improvemant para sa mga subscriber nyo. pano na lang ang mga bagong subscriber???

    all wireless internet here in Philippines is a “piece of crap!” look at the other Asia country they got the lowest bandwidth 2mb i think and that is stable 2mb! and in their more urban part they got 8mb+ bandwidth. Why i said this coz i just try all the wireless internet here in Philippines and like im w8ting like 4ever to load something! in Japan and Korea just try using their wireless internet their it’s like 1click and it’s loaded!
    Philippines wireless internet is a “PIECE OF CRAP” CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP i tell yoU!

    ok po ba ang smartbro wimax sa area ng Quezon Lucban, pls reply, nagpakabit ako ng smartbro canopy kanina lang aug 25,2011 nung una payag sila.. ng dumating na ang magkakabit ng smartbro canopy di na sila pumayag kasi bawal daw magbutas sa roofop ng bldg ng dorm … ay naku laki ng problema dahil walang gagamitin na internet connection ang anak kong nursing na nag-aaral sa Lucban University..

    May signal kaya kung SMARTBRO WIMAX ang ipapalit ko????

    sobrang bagal ng smart wimax d2 sa quiapo, manila as in. nanghihinayang 2loi ako sa bnabayad ko na 999 per month, biruin nio b naman 1gb ung pnromise na bandwidth pero ang nakukuha ko lng 7kb/s errrr! smart bro plug it ang gamit ko dati, akala ko mag pagbabago, mas lalo lang pala kong nalugi. naka lockin kc ng 24 months. gus2 ko sanang lumipat pero halos lahat naman ng mga ISPs gan2 rin ang service, kulang tlga.

    the speed increases but the technical people at the base station forgets a simple thing, inform the users and even coworkers that they change something.

    customer support sucks and most will just tell lies. technical team don’t even know the words “preferred time”. they will keep on asking you about your preferred time after you encounter a problem and will call you on their preferred time.

    you are available at 8am – 12nn and you tell them that this is your preferred time. just be amaze when they will start calling you at 3pm onwards.

    they will even question you or accuse you of picking that time slot or tell you that you are not answering your phone.

    most annoying of all, they lost their records a lot. most of your info can be also overwritten by old records.
