I talked to my friend na lawyer and she told me about the things concerning a contract. sa ngayon kasi, lumalabas na bound tayo ng contract with SMART kasi nga sinasabi nila na may one-year lock-in period tayo prior to availing their service.
Ganito kasi yung scenario natin. ang lumalabas it’s next to impossible to cut our subscription with them. pwede nilang palabasing breach of contract yun. pero, as subscribers, we have the right to have it terminated since they didn’t comply to their part of the contract. that is providing us with a great connection “up to 7x faster than dial-up” according to their ad. we call that RESCISSION. kaya if you guys would like to cut your subscription, yes, it is possible. at wag kayong magpatakot dun sa mga sinasabi nilang pre-termination fee. seek for legal advice rin para you have a back-up regarding this. as you know masyadong tuso ang SMART managament. if not, we won’t be experiencing all these.

Contract of adhesion yung pinapirma nila sa atin. Ready made. Wala tayong part sa negotiation. We can not even delete nor add any provisions in it. Considering na may misrepresentation on Bro[ken's] part, pwede pa nga sigurong humingi ng damages dahil sa sakit ng ulo na binigay nila. As for me I really dnt have time to do all the legal approach for termination of contract, i will stop paying my bills even though its not yet end of contract, they can call me or send me demand letter i dnt care, just what like batista20 said you can end it if really want to, anyways im not up to rebate or anything else in return, just want get rid of this Smart BRO “LOK” out of my misery. lets see what happen.
Guys, can’t we form a serious Class Action Lawsuit against this BIG SMARTBRO / WIFI SCAM?
I mean, instead of just posting our frustrations, we can open a dedicated thread to petition signatures for a CAL. We need to get a good lawyer.
This HELL must stop. We’ve been trapped in this for a year, and they also renew it automatically if it ends. Be sure to call them in advance that you don’t want to continue your subscription. One year is enough hell to deal with their crappy technical and customer support. And they have the nerve to sue if you don’t pay. Evil to the core.
Please, whoever is capable of opening a dedicated section for CAL, here or on some other website, do so. We need to act together. I’ve read stories of people forced to pay for SmartBro service that they didn’t receive. If we take on them one by one, we can’t do anything. We must take on them in full force and in the manner they play.

Well let me first say this: YOU CAN WIN!!!!
I recently took on SMART through a simple but straight to the point plan.
Firstly I am not a Filipino but I decided to help someone who was.
I approached this in a way that basically left SMART with no option
but to Terminate the contract and leave the customer happy and relieved.
Although many of you may not have had the same series of issues you
can draw from the fact it can be done.
Follow this closely:
1. Read the Terms of Service
2. The points SMART make are loosely applied so use those points
that assist you in your case.
3. Type all the relevant info that SMART have failed you on. This includes
late delivery of your Bill.
4. If you have a late bill where it states that you owe them monies for
late payments make sure you state to them that this “Profiteering”.
5. When you go to SMART demand to see the Supervisor – its your
right. You do not have to tolerate inept sales assistants.
6. State that in their Terms of Service there is no mention of a shared
IP. In fact the tech guys will tell you its dynamic, this is not true. Its
a shared IP and they have not stated that its so.
7. Tell them that the bandwidth decreases with every new customer they
sign up in your area. This again is not stated in their Terms of Service.
8. If anyone has suffered a late installation time, they have broken their
Terms of Service…..so make sure you use this fact.
9. State to them that you will seek legal advice from someone overseas
that will assist for free.
10. Make sure you document all their statements wether verbal or
written.
Just to let you know it took me 1 week to get them to disconnect and waive all fees, plus they are processing a refund.

If your not satisfied with the service due to poor customer service or should I say because of their lapses, case is closed a customer have the right to cancel it anytime he wanted to. You’re paying for a full amount of subscription and they can’t provide what is stated on the contract, there’s no excuses for that even their terms of service is not capable of defending their side because in the first place they are the one who was not able to comply with it.
I’ll be discussing my cancellation with smartbro very soon and they have to explain why should I stay with them, if i’m satisfied with their answer then i’ll stay with them but the only way to satisfy me if their service will be reliable and stable it’s fine to lose a connection for a day or have a slow connection for 1 day but if its for a week.. well that’s not acceptable, I haven’t avail their 384Kbps as stated on their ad, the highest speed that I avail was 350 that’s just for less than an hour then goodbye. See how unsatisfied I am. I even sent them an email regarding their poor service twice and seems like they don’t read the email because the answer was thank you! WhoaH! imagine that! don’t be so worried about that legal terms because as a consumer we have the right to cancel the service if we’re not satisfied with it, it’s just like buying a product that as per DTI no return no exchange is not allowed! make sense?? LOL!!!

You should terminate your contract with them legally or your monthly changers will accumulate. You may also opt to ask somebody to continue the service and pay for the bills until the contract is completed. Better check with Smart.

In our case, we want to switch to the smart bro wireless plan, but the customer service girl said it can’t be done because it has a different contract. We don’t want to cut our smart bro connection because we’re still under the 1-year lock in period but at the same time we want to have a wireless connection bec I will be moving in the dorm & smart bro is the connection that we still want to have if ever. At home we still have pldt dsl & no one will be using the smart bro connection anymore & since I will be moving in the dorm we wanted to switch instead to the smart bro wireless plan so I could easily take it with me anywhere. I have a small time internet shop. I am using PLDT My dsl, but it turned out that the business is not profitable kc di na pasokin ng gamer dahi may time na nag lolog, late ang pa billing nila, 5 months na wala pa ang sinasabing free PC. i am a smartbro user. im using smart from jan09 to apr09. lumipat na ako ng bahay kac dati ung inuuapan ko (PQUE) unang kinabitan ng smart ko ok naman ang signal mabilis ang net then yung present hauz (QC) ko na nilipatan ko wala naman signal. after april hindi na ako nagbayad kasi di ko na magamit kac wala signal sabi ng smart rep. na pumunta d2 sa QC then disconnected na daw but yung bill tuloy tuloy pa rin at dapat ko daw bayaran yung remaining balance kac nasa contract daw? tama ba yun eh fault naman nila wala signal d2 sa hauz ko dapat ko bang bayaran…? reply nman pls ty…

correct, practically speaking, if you are not satisfied of the services-dont pay=smartbro-not satisfied=smartbro sues you. so who started breach of contract? smartbro of course. I do not believe sa halagang P 4 k aabot kayo ng supreme court dyan. If you made any instructions or complaints sa smartbro be sure you get 1. time of complaint 2. person who got your complaint 3. reference number of report. Then, i- black & white ninyo pagdating sa smartbro office pa recieve yung copy ng complaint ninyo.
The worst that you can receive if unresolved ang case ninyo is 1. ban ang name or address ninyo sa pag apply ng other smartbro services 2. pag nag data sharing na ang PLDT, globe, sun etc. pag ban ka sa isa, baka mahirapan ka sa iba.
So suggest ko, hangat maliit ang problem ipa resolve na agad at recorded lahat ng usapan. kung may alternative lang eh bakit natin pasasakitin ang ulo natin diba? sencya na sa haba.
i had text coming from smartbro legal office saying they would sue me for not paying the monthly subscriptions..actually i had it for 2 years with lots of headaches so i decided to terminate their service legally..and to my surprise i still have monthly billing daw sabi sa text..my goodness tinetext na ba ang billing ngayon…i text them back “Cra ulo ka pala eh, tapos na 2yrs lock in period ko so i have the right to terminate sa NAPAKABULOK nyong service”..im not paying those bastard they are they making easy bucks from their customer. Tapos na yung lock-in period namin sa Smart Bro. Since we’re not satisfied with their services, we decided to stop paying our bills kasi lagi nlan nasisira ung connection! Tapos they started sending letters. Ipapa-disconnect na namin sana pero they told us to pay muna bago i-disconnect. Eh bat kami magbabayad kung di namin nagamit dahil sa sobrang bagal na speed?! Months after… yun nga. May sue issues yung recent letter na natanggap namin. Ganun. wag kayong mag subscribe sa smart bro. currently a smart bro user. during peak hours around 10am-10pm my internet speed is usually 50-200kbps whilst their commercial is about 2mbps. kayo lng ang binobobo ng smart bro. to check how ur connection is unstable. go to command prompt and ping yahoo.com -t or any website. if you see request timed out alot means you got shitty connection. you can also try at 2wire.com or testmy.net for your speedtest. they are very accurate and most likely same result. guys dont be deceive with their commercial. ITS ALL LIES. i wanna sue them actually coz im an online gamer particularly wow( world of warcraft) and i cant even connect properly. so yeah its CRAPbro or FAILbro.

hi, i subscribe to smartbro share it last feb 05 and all i get is headache…dropping ang signal it can reach 1mbps and last for not even a minute then drops to 80 or lower mbps…i have called them several times wala nman silang naayos sabi ko balik ko na lang sabi nila i have to pay for the 23 months pre termination fee…naiiyak na ko ano gagwin ko sa bagay na di ko nman magagamit..sabi nila my waver daw ako pinirmahan…anong waver yon? tanga ko lang di ko cguro pingbbasa pinirmahan ko…what now? do i have the right to return the equipment without paying anything..sakanila na un advance payment ko..i just want to get rid of it for 23 more months.

The thing that will happen if you don’t pay is that your account is transferred to a collection agency. The collection agency will persistently call you and threaten you because their pay is based on the percentage of what they will collect. The worse thing to happen is blacklisted ka for future services sa smart. Crdit card nga na umaabot sa 50k di nag demand smartbro pa. Hope NTC proves this lock in period thing. Masyado pahirap sa consumers sobra nag sisi ko isa sa pinaka masama decision ko ginawa nag subscribe ako sa smart bro plug it 999.
Word of caution be careful in reading smartbro reviews most of them pakawala ng smart spreading misleading info and hyping this shit!
naka-1 yr na ako sa smartbro, but then gusto ko na ipa-pre terminate kasi hindi na ako masaya, lagi nalang ako tumatawag sa support nila dahil laging nwawala yung connection.. kaso isang taon ko daw babayran ang bill hanggang matapos yung lock-in period.. gusko naman, hindi na nga ako masaya at lugi pa, ang laki pa ng babayaran ko. dapat nga sila ang kasuhan kasi hindi stable ang service at ang bobobo ng mga tech support nila.

Makukulong kaya ako if I decide not to pay my 2-month’s worth of unpaid bill? tapos na ang lock in period ko sa kanila… Since I was not satisfied also with their services, I decided not to pay na my last two months of bill and I transferred to another service provider. They already forwarded my account to a collecting agency. They sent me this message just this afternoon since I was not able to answer a call from them because I was still working. Here it is:
Good Day! This is with regards with your SMART BROADBAND,.
It appears you have ignored and refused to settle your account, despite of our repeated demands,
You no doubt will agree with us, that we have been lenient in treating your account,
You give us no alternative but to instruct our Lawyers to proceed with the filing of Civil case against you, if we do not hear from you within 24 HOURS

Will they really sue me? I’m really afraid. I also remember that I was not able to sign the contract from SMARTBRO pala when you apply kasi I only talked to an agent. I wasn’t able to sign the contract. I only remembered signing something when the technician finished installing my internet. Can anybody give me their ideas about this? I’m really worried… Thanks…

I doubt na mag file talaga sila ng kaso kung lahat ng tao na di nag babayad eh mag file sila mas lugi sila sa legal fee pa lang. They will send it to collection agencies na kukulitin ka dahil may commission pag na singil ka nila. Yun nga lang they can be annoying. Gaano katagal pa lock in period mo?
I’m not a lawyer pero ang alam ko lang na nakukulong sa utang is Estafa kung niloko mo sila by using bouncing check na worth 30k ata… I suggest go to the nearest wireless center and ask the name of the manager or supervisor write a formal letter on how dissatisfied you are sa service nila…. document mo lahat lalo na mga ticket na puro MONITORING lang or forwarded sa Tech depertment ang status. In the letter ask for termination and cancellation of the pretermination fee as they failed to deliver in their promises.
I will be also doing it after I verify na my other options pa ko for internet. Don’t ask Call Center Agents about termination and waiving the fee sasabihin nila na hindi pwede since may pinirmahan ka and yun lang talaga ang pwede nila sabihin since hindi sila authorize.

Actually, matagal na tapos ang lock in period ko sa kanila… Kelangan ko talaga ng internet kasi sa nature ng work ko… I ended my lock in period mga February or March 2009 pa… tapos, yung di ko na binayaran na bill ko is November na ata… nag out of town kasi ako nun for a month at saka I’m really not satisfied kasi with their services kasi nga sobrang bagal. Tiniis ko lang kasi di pa ako mka transfer sa ibang service provider. Ang mali ko lang eh di ko pina temporary disconnection kasi kelangan pa ng letter and so on… pwede namang i-disconnect na lang nila through their system… Pagbalik ko di ko na binayaran yung bill ko at nagpakabit na ako sa ibang service provider. Kinukulit ako ng collecting agency for my outstanding balance of PHP2,519.93. Naiinis kasi ako… ayaw ko bayaran kasi dati may two months din na hindi ko nagamit ang internet ko kasi nasira ang computer ko, nagbayad naman ako nun… so patas lng kami now… and sa outstanding balance ko na two months, di ko din naman nagamit ang isang buwan nun…

ang pwede lang nila gawin utmost is magpadala ng letter of demand and mangulit…. sa part naman ng smart pwede ka nila block for future service.

wala po record sa NBI yan Estafa case lang ang nag appear sa NBI and hindi naman talaga nag file ng case yun Law Firm, collection agency lang sila commission basis kasi ang income nila pag naka singil kaya nanakot sila.
hi everyone. nagpatemporary disconnect ako ng smartbro. wla nman clang hininging letter sakin. meron lang binayaran na as far as i remember e parang nasa 300+ pesos. plus a form na ifi-fill up. un temporary disconnection is good for 4 months lang. after 4 months at hindi pinareconnect e ipe-permanent n nila un disconnection. tapos na un lock-in period ko kaya wla n ako binayaran termination fee. the disconnection is effective immediately after your application for temporary disconnection.
hiningan din pla ako ng id. for identification lang. check lang nila if ikaw tlga un owner nung account.
I would like to terminate my service with Smart Bro plug it 999. Just got it last April 20, 2010. The speed is way too low to what they say that it is ‘up to 2mb/s. Can DTI Complaint center help?
Try or Demand speaking to the Supervisor in one of their wireless center. Don’t ask CSRs to terminate your subscription because they are not authorize they will just insist that you are still under the lock in period.
Make a letter stating their failure to satisfy their obligation. Track all your ticket number and state how useless their tech supports are. One more thing that I find bogus about their claim “sabay sabay download” how can you do that if your IP is shared. Ever wondered when megaupload, Rapidshare, or Hotfile states that when you are trying to download a file
“Download Already in Your IP Please Try Later”
Even though you don’t have a download in progress. It is because someone with the same IP as yours is downloading from the same hosting site. What’s worse is you don’t exactly know how many of their subscribers are sharing the same IP with you. “Sabay Sabay Download” you can’t even start one. The most annoying part of it is they don’t inform us subscribers about it, it is not even stated in the Terms of Use.
Hope this helps before escalating it to DTI, knowing how government agencies perform it might just add to your frustrations so try escalating it to the supervisor

Before I read this post, I attempted to cancel with them. They guarantee “up to 2 MB/s.” I’m no fool, I understand that this means sometimes during peak times the connection will be slower than 2 MB/s, and that is reasonable and fair. What is not reasonable and fair is that when I tested it on speedtest.net, or bandwidthplace.com, or a few others my top speed EVER was like .6 kb/s, but usually it was around .2-.3 MB/s, and upload was usually .15 MB/s.
I wrote this clearly on the bill, and stated I was cancelling my payment for breach of contract, they failed to fulfill their contract obligations. I even brought them their equipment from my home. They refused to accept the equipment back, or accept my cancellation. They just refused to accept it, turned me away.
This was in February. About a week ago they sent me (as they have twice a month) collection letters, but this time they disconnected me! They cancelled me, 3 months after I insisted on being cancelled. They billed me for the prior three months and tacked on another 22,000 pesos just for fun.
I’m lucky I suppose, because their mobile service was so bad (I bought a sim in December, and it stopped working by January). They also regularly stole from my prepaid smart number as well…for instance I would check my balance, 301 pesos…send 1 text to another smart subscriber, and my balance would be 240 pesos afterwards…Anyway, i’m lucky because they can’t call me…
My point is, these guys are crooks. All of this you’re writing about is whats fair and not fair. Smart doesn’t care what is fair, they are crooks, thats how they got the money together to buy PLDT to begin with. I refused to switch to PLDT because they are associated and owned under smart, so I won’t touch them or anything they are associated with.
Sorry to be a pessimist, but demanding fair treatment from Smart is like demanding nice weather on your day off.

Thru the “Web COnnect” service of Smart.com.ph i found out that the September 2010 billing statement they sent was all about this “Notice of Disconnection” thing and that if i don’t pay them my credit balance (3 months + September) they will endorse my account to their collection agency/lawyer. the deadline they set was September 22, 2010 which is 2 months ago. Eto problema ko: naka-address ung account sa perfume shop/branch ng boyfriend ng cousin ko. ung pinsan ko kase ang nag-member tas nung May 2010 lumipad siya papuntang dubai to work.iniwan niya sakin ung smartbro niya since we live in one house.the billing statements were being sent to the shop. i was soooooooo busy with work and our research last September so i honestly failed to pick up the letter there nun. sa kalagitnaan ng september bigla na lang na-block ung connection ko. i actually have the intention of paying my bill and my utangs pero i decided sa November na lang kase i will still be receiving then my honorarium from the research the following month pa lang. ang tanong ko is, is there any way na yung unpaid months na lang bayaran ko (September to November + 3months utang) instead of yung remainder nung lock-in period nila? nagulat nga ko kase kahapon ko lang nalaman na ganun pala laman nung letter na hindi ko nakuha nung September! T_T (i have an “outstanding” balance of 26k! san ako kukuha ng 26k??? sana ako nalang nanalo sa lotto..)
BTW, will they re-connect me if ever ill pay them the P26k pre-termination fee?
cguro da best na gawin ntin para matapos na ang mga ganitong SCAM ng mga internet provider maganda cguro isuggest ntin sa ating mga SENADOR or CONGRESSMAn na magpasa sila ng BATAS na sosolusyon dito for the benefit of consumer. Dapat gawan nila ito ng BATAS na nagbabawal sa mga internet provider na mag-gawa ng mga contract period.
Dapat magkaron ng batas na poprotekta sa mga consumer. Dapat isa-batas nila na wala dapat mga contract period ang mga letseng internet provider na yan. dapat kung gusto ng isang consumer na magpacancel anytime eh pwede.
Kung may mga kakilala kayong politiko lalo na yung nsa congress or senate sumulat kayo na gawan ito ng batas na nagbabawal sa mga internet provider na magdemand ng mga lock-in period.
This will ease the whole country problem on this thing.
Naka-apply ako ng share-it last year january, and nag stop kmi ng june gumamit for 4 months due to slow connection. Nagpadala ng nagpadala ng demand letter ang smart sa non payments ko hangang tumawag na ang legal office nila. Still ignore lang ako. Then around October last year, tumawag ulit yung legal office, but this time, maganda ang tono ng kausap ko, and 2 months lang pinababayad nila from the non-payments ko pra mai-continue ko ang service. Ayun, nare-connect namin pero mabagal pa rin.
Hindi pala ako nagiisa sa problem ko with Smart broadband, ang case ko naman ay ganito, nag apply ako for post paid sim only connection, lock in for 6 months ang kaso unang try ko palang hindi na magkaigi ni hindi nga ako nakapag internet unlike ng nagpprepaid ako nakakaconnect pa ako, i really doubted this sim card effectivity, that’s why I come back to them para ayusin ang connection ko, but then still I haven’t get my expected service. For days im trying to find a good connection using the sim card but still no improvement. So i decided to use other means of having a connection, hindi ko na pinansin ang sim card at itinabi ko na lang, ang kaso tumawag ang legal agent daw nila sakin yesterday demanding na magbayad ako sa unpaid bills ko, problem is ni hindi ko natanggap ang mga bills nila. Kaya inisip ko na okay lang kahit di ko na asikasuhin. kaso eto nga kelangan kong ayusin ito. Honestly hindi ako nakapaginternet with this at luge ako 999 pesos ang binayad ko availing initially. Tapos this time I have waiting to be settled bills na hindi ko naman napakinabangan kahit konte. Im just want you to know na I’m part of those people who are not in favor of this company’s smart broadband service.

The problem that im experiencing are
1. LOW signal in province area.
2. Ur trapped in there contract.
3. no RECESSION of the same.
First, they introduced this smart bro plug-it mainly for the purpose to carry ur internet connections around the philippines, but they’re not thinking that, not all sites offers 3G connection, so that would mean, based on my experience, i cannot connect to the internet, if lucky i can connect, its so low. so how can they give customers tha satisfaction they’ve first advertised for us to be persuaded to enter the contract. Contract, that leads us to get rapped of it. take this scenario, u have ur laptop with u, and u entered into a contract of adhesion, referring to smart plug-it 2 year contract, what if ur laptop got broken??? and when u ask them to terminate the contract, they would say no, or theyll gonna ask u a pre-termination fee. does that mean, they want to ask us to buy a new laptop just to satisfy the contract??? or pay pre-termination fees with out us benefiting the contract itself, is that contrary to unjust enrichment??? which is prohibit in the philippines??? how can i sue my smart bro plug-it if my laptop is down, il go to cafes or my friend just to use it??? oh come on, be humane to our feelings. theres this thing, tinatakot ka for not paying ur bills, and abandoning ur contract. surely it will really lead to that, coz, if ur gonna ask them to cut the contract, they wont gonna allow it, so that would lead to the only solution, which is to abandon the said contract.
i think they should go and come to think of this one…, its not fair. we are paying regularly, but, the satisfaction is not guaranteed.
yes it is a contract of adhesion, but these kinds of contract can be null and void if its too harsh to the concerned porty. so, its not really a dead end. why are they not taking that actions??? well, maybe because its hustle on their part, or maybe because the they simple dont want to be involve in eny legal disputes. or they dont know anything about it.

i got my letter today labeled as “SERIOUSLY OVERDUE”
my payment cutoff date is every 10th of the month, as stated personally by their operator and also what was posted in my smartbro account homepage.
last may 5, i got home and found out my connection was cut, i have a pending 2 months worth of unpaid bill and i was planning to pay it before the 10th of may, because i’m just a student and money is never easy to come by. but i usually pay my dues before the 10th of the month.
after that, i never tried calling smart, i decided i won’t be renewing my account with them since after june this year, i only have 5 months left in my 24-month lock in period, i got my connection december 2,2009, so the lock in end december 2, 2011.
seriously, smart’s 1mbps plan is crap. IP is shared, you can’t download from sites because these sites figure out someone from your shared IP has already downloaded from them. CRAP- that’s what smart connection is.
seriously people, i don’t remembering signing any legal document while applying for this plan, i only remember filling up the form and i thoroughly read it and there’s no TOS in there whatsoever.
it’s pointless for them to pursue you, breach of contract was made the first time you realized you’re not getting the service (1mbps) that you’re paying for.

ask ko lang, kc I’ve experience nung HS pa ko. Nag agree ako na ilagay ung name ko dun sa contract ako rin ng sign. Understood na hindi ako mg pay nun, I even write my age (that time , I was 16). Then after several month mahina ung internet , ung connection that time ung my tube sila nailalagay sa taas ng roof mo, broadband un noon) then nireklamo ng mom ko but nothing happened then she decided not to pay kc di namn nila inaayos ung demands namin then after few month a legal firm was calling me to settle the account. Well of course that time i couldn’t pay since student ako and i get my allowance to my parents. Kahit e follow up ko pag bayad, if my mom does not want to pay, wla rin. they continue to call, but after few years lumipat n kmi house. but that house where they installed it is still ours, ppinarent lng namin. Will they still pursue me? i really want to have a clear conscience pero at that time wla namn ako choice and im thinking malmang black listed n ko dun. I was thinking if pay ko b sila now? how much would it cost now? maka affect pa sa professional license ko un? makasuhan b ko if mkita nila name ko kung saan man? really confuse, if my idea kyo please tell me. Let me tell my story here. I signed for wimax smart at SM baguio, cs told me they will install and do speed test and if I’m not satisfied they will not resume the installation. So the next day techs came and installed. Speed test failed bec. it’s too slow then they said it’s ok and they left. The next day I went back to sm to complain all they can offer is resolution but not to cancel. They next few days cs has been calling me but no solution is evident. I kept yelling at every cs that calls me for their stupid service. I get an average of 30-50 KBPS everyday here in Baguio. I plan not to pay them on next bill, they can sue untill they fucking die. To all Baguio users, DO NOT AVAIL OF WIMAX FROM SMART!! YOU WILL GET 30-50 KBPS EVERYDAY!!!! If you are content with that spped ok go ahead and sign for 2 years of slow speed internet while they promise you 1 MB. For those who are planning to cancel, JUST STOP PAYING THEM AND LET THEM HAVE THE HEADACHE OF ASKING YOUR PAYMENT!!!
