i was relieved to read the comments.. i also received a letter from smarts’ law firm ek,ek and I was shock and at the same time got scared for receiving such letter, but thanks to this site im relieved to know na hindi pala ako nag iisa. haha

I just receive a letter just what some people received. and i was shocked they forced me to pay 4,075.00 pesos.

My case is that i have a small internet cafe and my connection was smart bro.. but it was too slow. most of my clients were not satisfied. so i went to smart and ask for an upgrade for my internet speed connection but then they don’t have an available higher speed. A few weeks later there was a PLDT sales visit my place and the guy told me to subscribe to PLDT, but I told him that i still have a smart bro connection. the sales told me that smart is under pldt so if i subscribe to pldt, pldt will the one who transact to smart to cut my connection.

but this morning, I receive a letter and letting me pay an amount of 4075.00… WTF this is kinda scam… fraud for us.

youre right guys!! my nalalman pa clang pre-termination fee . whats that?!sumasabay cla sa pangunguropt ng bansa ntin. dapat lng di cla bayaran hehehe. ako nga kakatanggap ko lng ng demand letters nla final na daw. otot nla eh!buti sna kung maganda ung service ng connection nla. really bullshit!!!!

mmmm,,,, guys korek kau jan makakrma din cla. i recieve letters too two times that i have to pay my bills but exactly i did not pay my bills 7 months already hehehe. it got high the price that i have to pay. it shows all what do i have to pay what is this the collection agency fee and most is the PRE-TERMINATION FEE? it really bigger. eh kung and meralco nga kung ano ung bills mo na kailangan bayaran un lng un even though they already cut your lines.honestly hnd ko bnayaran you know why? hamak nyo ha paglGy nla ng smartbro connection sa bobong ng bahay binatas ba nmn ung bobong ng tita ko eh d ngkadamage ung mga kesami kc umulan tumulo shit! pati mga wire ngkagrounded.instead na ibayad ko sa bills na yan eh pagawa ko nlng ng bahay ng tita ko hahaha .hnd nmn nla ipagawa ng smartbro bahay tita ko pgngreklamo ako.tapos always pang walang connection ung mga propagation nla sa tv hay naku,,,,,:P gumastos lng cla .

ako din i just received demand letter from smartbro for their lawyer in makati lawyer arboladura,marcelo & associates law offices..i received 2letters of shit lawyers notice in smartbro.pghindi daw ako mgbayad they will put my name in a blacklisting..who cares takutin nla sarili nla dpit smartbro ang eblacklisting pra wla nang mgsubscribe sa kanilang fucking slow internet connection..sana may mga politicians nman amaksyon sa problema natin mga subscriber..bsta ako hindi ako takot im sure we are million of subscriber who did not pay their fucking many charges bills without our consent ahehehe diba guy’s..

I just receive the same letter telling me to pay my outstanding balance… what should i do??? should i pay those stupid bills???
