Smartbro service is lousy! Whenever you have technical problems and call their hotline, they make you stay on the line so they could fill up a report, give you a report number and tell you that a contractor will be contacting you within the next 24 hours. They make you feel that your complaint is a "top-level high priority" (pardon the redundance the customer service assistants use) but no! Consistently the contractor never calls on your first report (yes this has happened to us twice in a span of two consecutive weeks!). You haveto follow up your request before the contractor finally calls. Worse, sometimes you have to follow up on your follow up! Talk about world class quality service!Dream on!
not only SmartBro connection is whats wrong with this internet provider... even the so called technical supports which is more non technical pag kausap mo... at lalo na ang mga customer service officer na mga wala na ngang utak, wala pa atang puso na nde nakakaintindi nga mga problema ng mga subscriber nila... No wonder they belong to the company that do not provide even the basic service as promise on their own website... Can you imagine, you call the so called hotline 672-7277 and after you talk to a stupid customer service office on the fone.. the customer service from the Smart wireless center will tell you that.. those on the phone is not entirely connected with the Smart... dahhhh!!! And that supposed to be the problem of the subscribers.. hahahaha napaka stupida ng customer service officer from Smart center at Ayala. Hey attention!!! Management of Smart Company.. have you ever heard cutomer satisfaction???
putang inang mga tech support ng smart bro yan paulit ulit na sinasabi na monitor for 24hrs pero 2months na wala parin magawa puro base station daw ang problema. mga bubu talaga yang mga yan.
I really dont know how smart employee trained or how's their system work?...di masagot ang lahat ng katanungan..regarding billing always delayed bago puputulan na lang nila like what SmartBro Victim said, walang disconnection letter pero nagdidisconnect sila but if you want to disconnect the service sisingilin ka pa ng disconnection fee ano ba namang klase yan. They asking for your email so if ever there's a problem to your account pwede kang iemail now nothing, i think i received only 2 email from them since 2007 and that only bill. Regarding to incentive or whatever they call it, my cousin said meron "daw" pinamimigay sa mga smartbroadband subscribers na cp, printer and i think usb or wireless(i cant remember the 3rd item)pero dapat walang back account, but lately they said if you want to get that it will include on your monthly bill (what ever it cost the item it will devide it i think for one year and mobile is not the good one)im wasting 1 hour in that office na akala ko makukuha ko maski ung mobile na tag 2K daw na pampalubag loob sa mga subscriber nila pero wala and they said there's 2 kind of contract sa kanila one is you cant terminate your maski ayaw mo na an the other one is the old one (yearly) san ka nakakita ng kontrata na walang katapusan..tama ba un...sino ang magtatagal na subscriber ng smart kung ganito ang system nila (kung may system nga). Management, you need to check all your branches lalo na sa olongapo, ang liit liit lang nian pero hina pa ng mga tao nio.
Smart broadband has the poorest internet ..i bought my plug in sometime in june ,at Smart Nepomall ..learning from the frontliner that there is a tower at Macro, w/c is just a walking distance from my apt. After a month , ngloko na, they even send some ppol to check my connection, took screen shots of the connection results and told me they will send an email to the store so I can return it.. After a week I went back to the store , the CS rep told me they didn’t receive an email..and even if they got it they still can’t accept the return for it was over a month already..heto pa nkakawindang..she even suggest na ibenta ko na lang ang plug in ko kung di ko mapakinabangan..its totally ridiculous! fucking shit..
How I wish I could post more but I just can’t copy the results on my facebook since my Internet connection is down again. That’s how bad my ISP is where in according to the brochure, I could enjoy up to 2mbps and should be unlimited. How come, when I called one of the agents earlier and his name is Shakespeare told me that there is NO PROBLEM with the connection at all? What??? So I am lying... SUCKS so if there are no problems at all, why am I experiencing this garbage results? Secondly, it says “sabay – sabay surf na with this wireless broadband ready router” but can’t even supply a good and excellent service to just one pc. I tried to use 3 pc’s at the same time but such worst result, no connection at all. Darn. Why and how can they fool customers? Is this just a proof that they just want money? Such a waste of time calling their agents because in the end, they can’t do anything at all and would still wait for the technician’s report but they can’t connect with them. Question is, do they really have one or just a front to fool customers? We never know. I asked the agent to pass the phone to the technician so could answer all of my queries BUT you know what the agent’s answer was, they can’t pass the phone to tem since it’s an SOP. WHAT? So think about it. How can they call it WI FI if I even have to use my cable cord all the time hoping that I could get a good service if they can’t give the best? However the result? The same trash service. This is so annoying. I wish I never subscribe, waste of money and most specially my time calling them every now and then and in the end no help at all. Next, they told us, according to the “Conforme form for Smart Bro Share it” that: 1. Faster internet access will be experienced if i am surfing in a fixed area stated in my service address. This is such a lie, I have been surfing my net and never moved to another address but I NEVER and seems like WILL NEVER experience fast internet access just like what they are saying. 2. That is recommended that I should surf in an area with less obstruction or should be near the window. Another lie, I am at the top of our house, near the window but BEVER and seem like WILL NEVER experience fast internet connection. What kind of service then can they give us? Or they have no plans of giving their customers an excellent service at all. I am asking the company to just end my contract if they can’t give me excellent service at all. I don’t have all the time to be sitting in front of my pc for 24 hours just like what the agents are asking me to do. Or go to SM every now and then to ask them to check router every now and then just like the agents are asking me to do. It is so tiring calling them almost everyday since I am experiencing bad internet and in the end of discussion, would apologize and understand how I feel. To be honest I don’t need it, I want solution, give me what I am paying. I am wondering, how did this pass the NTC? Is this really worth it to be called a broadband, it’s definitely and obviously the same with dial up.
