I'm a Smart Wifi subscriber from the Bulacan area, and I was wondering if there were other people suffering constant disconnections, usually around office hours? We didn't have this problem 'til March 2008, and we've been a subscriber for over a year now.

It's extremely horrible during noon - a few seconds of connectivity, and then the connection dies for several minutes. It's barely enough time to load one website. Rinse, repeat, until very late into the day.
When we called them, they said something about our area being problematic (first time we heard this in over a year's service ), and that they were doing some maintenance on their end as well. It's been three weeks now, but it hasn't been fixed.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Or if anyone knows of any other alternative service in Bulacan that's not Digitel, by all means, please inform me.
make them come to your home to fix the problem, that way it cost them money to fix your problem then these problems and support will dramatically improve! If they have to spend their man hour visiting homes that cost money and resourses and they have to visit if you request it!
