Sobrang disappointed ako sa smart bro, i reported my lost internet connection last july 15, 2010 and they scheduled for a visit of the support group on the 18th. I waited the whole day and received a txt message from the technician that they could not come bec. of the heavy rains. Since it was raining heavily that late afternoon, I replied back and told them that it’s ok, but I expect them to be here early in the morning. I waited the whole day and had to call again the customer care representative the following day because nobody informed me that they could not come here again. I found out that they rescheduled the maintenance on the 29th without prior notice. I asked them if they can give me earlier schedule since 11 days is a very a long wait. (I am the breadwinner of the family, who hardly can support my sick parents of their daily expenses plus the daily medical maintenance, I derive my income from the computer services that uses internet most of the time. Lost internet connection would mean no income to support the needs of my family.) The representatives I talked to everyday would tell me to “PLEASE WAIT UNTIL 24 HOURS FOR THE TEXT MESSAGE OF THE EARLIER SCHEDULE”, which not even a single txt message was never ever sent even until the 29th. Naghintay pa din po ako, since they said that’s the earliest schedule they can make. Dumating ang july 29, i waited the whole day i had to cancel my mother's scheduled visit to the doctor. Dumating ang gabi WALA PA RING SUPPORT GROUP NA DUMATING. I called up the customer care again at around 7 pm, and asked them will there be support group coming? Only to find out WALA PA DIN DAW, and they told me that I WILL BE THEIR PRIORITY SINCE MATAGAL NA NGA AKONG WALANG INTERNET CONNECTION. I was expecting that they would be coming over the next day and was TOO MUCH DISGUSTED TO FIND OUT THAT THEY RESCHEDULED IT ON AUG. 5, 2010, BEC. OF BAD WEATHER. GUSTO KO PONG IPAALAM SA INYO NA HINDI UMULAN NG MALAKAS NOONG JULY29, BANDANG HAPON PO AY UMULAN PERO SANDALI LAMANG. Gusto ko din pong linawin na kapag sinabing priority, ang interpretasyon ko po dun ay kahit may nauna pa nung araw na yun, dahil priority ka uunahin ka, though hindi naman talaga literal na uunahin dahil matagal na nga po na nagreport at ineschedule nila ng July 18 pa po. Nireschedule ng July 29 at dahil priority ako iniskedyul nila ako ng Aug. 5.
