i have small store and i have load wallet loading station now my number can not load to costumers for 4 days now i have 790 pesos balance on my load. if ill try to load to costumer it always says please try again and im trying for 4 days now still the same. how can i acces the costumers number service for smart to fix this?
if i call *333 it says the number can not be completed if dialled even to ask my balance it says please try again. whom im going to call about this? i need my load; i need action now from smart.
bakit sa ibang bansa ang costumers service walang bayad d2 di ka maka tawag sa costumers service dahil may bayad. insufficient balance to use this hot line costumers service ano ba to lahat may bayad? kahit sa internet di mahanapan ang site na puwede kang masagot agad ng mafix na problema. smart take an actions towards this kind of feedbacks on your services !!!!!!
