Technical Questions: Can't access the Net through my router.

    The status of my connection is still "NOT CONNECTED" the only one isn't lighting is the PPPoE/DSL light, how thus this going to work, i have this router because i want to share connection with my laptop, but even my Desktop can't connect.

    My router is a SMCWBRT -G
    My ISP is Smartbro Canopy type

    i forgot my username and password, thats why is used the ref# and acct# in the setup router is that okay?

    maybe you just disconnected your connection unconsciously.point the weird connection icon on your right side(down)of your screen then right click then mark the enable networking then try your connection.hope i able to help you.
