Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Wifi has a lot of problems… until now. there was a time when i cant connect to the internet and i reported it to their technical staff, it took them one month… and im saying 1 MONTH to visit us, and let me tell you this…. they even asked me to pay the monthly fee! where in fact i didnt even use their services for a month, they even told us that they gonna temporarily cut the wifi… HAHAHAHA! anyway, recently, i called their toll free for technical services and it took me 6 hours to connect me to their technical staff… wooohoooo!!! quality service…! yeah i know you are SMART but i guess those things you do are not smart at all…. tsk tsk…. thumbs down

true…nothing but CRAP!
i already called their so called “technical support” whick kept me waiting most of the time for a minimum of 30 mins.
they always tell me to do these, do that, ping this, ping that, tracert this etc
grrrr.
in the end they will give me a report number, which i always gave a follow up (the report# which i already memorized now) and its now 3 weeks and no techteam showing up.
right now my connection is very erratic…
i was downloading a 50MB+ file earlier (it has taken me 13hrs now)
then it will disconnect…i restart…then disconnect..gave up when it was 68%.
one other thing,when i got dc, and i open my browser,it will redirect me to the site thingy (portal i think) which i have to type my username and pwrd thing(but i never really type it coz it happens to fast that the main site will tell me it is being redirected and the word error or timed out will appear.

Sir hctiws. I think bagsak ang parameters antenna nyo kaya intermittent connection nyo. Suggestion ko, punta kayo pinakalamapit na wireless center then sabihin nyo concern nyo, may tatawag sayo agad within 24-48 hours. mga tech support ( and mostly licensed ECE ) na galing mismo sa smart, hindi dun sa call center nila. Last resort troubleshooting yun at sila ang nagpapadala ng tao.
smart bro has had connectivity issues with the online game im playing. its been there for months! no action has been made yet. its kinda irritating, really.

smartbro has an excellent poor service.. im still mad cos i don’t have line for 2 months and still i paid for it.. even if i had my connection back im still worried cos anytime..they will just have this problem with the base station they are mentioning. super inis ako sa CRS nila..dati they want me to updgrade my pc wherein i already upgraded it.. the problem is their end not on us..
bat ang pognit ng smart brod d2 samin d2 sa GAMU,ISABELA on & off connection hayzzz ang bagal pa sayang ung binabayad na 999 hayzzzzzz hanggang ganito n lang ba ang smart brod. mura nga pero poor sa net..
I have no trouble with my smart bro connection since it was installed but not after a month. I’m using skype everyday for hours watching movies everyday so i would know if the connection is bad. Before, my skype conversation was so smooth, no drop calls. Now, its choppy, and its dropping my calls because of their intermittent signal. I’ve been calling them the first time it happened and they let me do the same thing, same things that don’t do any good at all. The bad thing here is, I even paid them 5 months in advance because i thought their service was good huhuhu. Wrong move!!!
what the smart… where is your 7x times faster???? the connections sucks and Fucking SLOW….. The connection is only fast from 4 am to 10 am after the connection is FUCKING SLOW………….. i can even send email… or upload my resume… and surf the internet WITH OUT ENCOUNTERING THE WORD ERROR OR TIMED OUT………… wow service and the internet sucks to…….
i don’t see any positive comments ON SMART BRO cause it really sucks.. we pay for nothing..BULLSHIT!
