Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Just this afternoon, some customer representative from smartbro called me for the scheduling of visit of one of their contractors. It was very nauseating because the lady started raising her voice and kept telling me that sending their contractor by 5:30pm is a waste of time ( talk about courtesy ). They want to send the guy earlier than 5:30pm when in fact, my connection thoroughly cuts off at exactly the same time? How will they fix something which isn’t even showing the symptoms of a broken internet connection? I had been very patient with dealing with them but this time i’m not going to be nice. And in addition to all that, i was decieved by the technicians which installed my connection. They said that there are no connection fees which they included in my bill, No hidden charges when they hid the fact that there was a connection fee and told me that i could cancel my connection anytime i want for FREE! That was such a fat lie, considering the fact that i trusted them into providing that 24 hour service they promised. As for that customer representative, i’ll do something she’ll never forget. Something that suits those people who cause much damage in time, money, and effort. That’s an idea! Can we sue them for causing damages and pay us in return?

kuya, kaylangan mo na talagang magalit sa kanila. next time you talked to them again raise your voice, magmura ka kung gusto mo, kwentohan mo sila, sabihin mo:
“Alam mo! hindi kami mayaman eh, kaya nga nag SMARTBRO kami dahil pinagsasabi niyo na you will deliver the best service, but you know, I am a Spoiled Brat, and you know when a spoiled brat doesn’t get what he wants!… Sige bibigyan kita ng ilan minuto na i-mute mo tapos pag mumurahin murahin mo ako. Sige!”

Hmm. Yes. As far as I remember my professor (a lawyer), you can actually sue someone for such kind of damages. ^_~ I am not a law student, though. If you’re serious, you might want to check the law.
I used to get to talk with rather modest customer representative. Maybe it’s luck. If I have encountered the same treatment, though, I might have the same reaction as you.

yah those people nakaka inis, mejo marami ako ginagawa nung december 28, 2006. pero naka sched ang visit sakin ng around 1pm kya i have to cancel ung iba kong gagawin pra maayos net ko. around 9am i am with my kuya shopping ng computer table. when we got home, i was shocked dahil smartbro representative was there, earlier than i expected 10:30 am they were rushing dahil bka malate daw sila sa “christmas party” nila amp, pero la nmn sila nagawa sa PC ko sinira pa nila ung pc my god T_T
gud pm po. tulungan nyo rin po kami sa ibang site. we need to spread the rust smartbro has been putting on us users for years now. this needs to be stopped. sobra na po talaga ang kahayupan ng smartwifi o bro na yan sa mga subscribers nila. they are not human. they are money-suckers. mga friends marami din po kami sa ibang forum na we need assistance din po. please help other smartbro victims. kung may time po kayo drop by kayo sa http://www.pinoyservant.com nifer din po ako dito ng taga dun. i think message boards should spread talaga issues on smarbro services. we need to do something.
i’ve been hearing this complaint forever!!! my brother in manila had one of this fucking smartBRO bullshit and since he got that mudda fucking thing hooked up to our house it wasn’t working already, slowwww… and the worse part is that he has a one year fucking contract with the mudda fucking smart fucking bro. my question is, how come none of you mudda fucker here file a fucking complaint to the authorities??? write that fucking president of yours about the situations… or the corrupt people at the congress… you know… i was there in manila last year and i heard the same old bullshit, no connection, slow speed and all other crap i can’t even imagine no more… OR how about, assassinate whoever runs that joint(smartbro) maybe bury him alive or something make that mudda fucker suffer as much as everyone else does in the last couple of years. that is all i had to say about this whole mudda fucking goddamn mess.
