Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Hey guys,
so i’ve had my smartBRO wireless installed a month ago, and everything is good with the connection up until now. Yesterday night there was a brown out in baguio city and it seems that the connection is disconnecting a certain amount of minutes and i don’t know if its a problem with server or with the frequency. I’ve never had this problem before up til now. Has anyone encountered this situation?
Next would be the NAT or portforward rather for Bittorrent programs and such, does anyone i mean anyone know how to open these ports so they are open and the dl is faster? i use the program azureus and never does the icon turn green for NAT. any suggestions?
One more things, is there any possible way to get a faster kbps dl rate, because i never had this problem in the states. all you gotta do is mess with the router config for uplink burse and downlink burst. any suggestions for th three will help. thanks

ganun talaga ang Azureus basta nasa likod ka ng router… and SmartBro uses a router para isa lang public ip address natin. also, hindi pwedeng mag-open ng ports, naka trigger naman sila so OK lang. ung problema sa bittorrent ung resolution ng NAT from BT cnxn outside going to your computer. isa pa, marami tayong connected using 1 ip address, so marami rin tayong gumagamit ng BT. kelangan lang ng konting time para ma-resolve ung cnxn and mag-stabilize ang dl.
faster dl rate is also not possible, na-re-regulate ung rate natin via mac and based sa main router, not sa canopy.
The disconnection thing is either a problem with the base station or beyond. I’ve had that happen lots of times to me already. Usually, it’s like getting booted off the network, so I do a Canopy reboot to force-re-register to the network, and it works most of the time.
ano ba yung brand name ng router ng smart bro 999? para maayos ko yun NAT router settings, para mas mabilis dl sa bitcomet,,
