		<description>mga sir, ako ilan beses na ako tumatawag sa smartbro kasi nga lagi ako wala koneksyon, umambon lang nawawala, kumulog ng onti nawawala, kumulimlim lang ng onti nawawala.. tuwing tatawag ka sa hotline nila nde ata alam ng helpdesk nila ang gagawin.. kaya nun 1st month pa lang nde ko na binayaran eh lagi nga ako wla koneksyon bakit ako magbabayad.. ngayon eto na 2months na nagpapadala ng bill.. susme naman maniningil sila ng ganun ang services nila.. 

mind you pala people.. yung friend ko natapos na nya yung lock in period tapos after 2mnths sinabihan na nya ang smartbro na putuin na, so hindi na siya dapat padalhan ng bill diba? aba ngayon daw may 4mnths pa na sinisingil sa kanya with matching letter na ng attorney na pinapabayaran ang 4thou, tapos wala pa tigil ng kakatawag sa bahay nila ang mga taga smartbro..

ayoko mangyari sa akin ito patulong naman gumawa ng letter para sa account ko na pinaputol ko na pero tuloy tuloy pa ang billing sa akin.. ayoko naman magbayad dahil hindi ko na nga siya ginagamit.. pls help.. thank you in advance!</description>

I also experienced how smartbro sucks. I applied for the service last May 2008 and the connection is okay. But long after 5 days, Smartbro in my place totally not serviceable up to now due to the typhoon "Cosme". Waiting for the connection to be back and fix by smart, i called so many times on their service hotline *1888 and unfortunately, they said the tower of Smart for smartbro line is still down up to this date.</description>

		<description>Na feature na nga yan sila sa Probe Team wala parin nagyari...Kahit sa NTC pa papatulogin lang nila reklamo natin..Ako one month lang connection ko at pina disconnect ko at wala akong binayaran sa termination fee nila na 10,000 ang ginawa ko sumulat ako sa Smart for disconection and ipa waived and ang termination fee add niyo ito sa letter niyo if gagawa kayo subokon niyo lang baka makatulong kasi karapatan natin yan.

In addition, the reason I was attracted to SMARTBro is you advertisement that says:

1. Its 7X faster than dial up and Anytime, Always on, Unlimited Internet Access.
2. Best value for your money.

Regarding this advertisement, based of the RA7394 or Consumer Act of the Philippines Title III - Protection Against Deceptive, Unfair and Unconscionable Sales Acts or Practices; Chapter 1 Article 48 to 52. I’ll just want to highlight Article 50 Prohibition Against Deceptive Sales Acts or Practices. - A deceptive act or practice by a seller or supplier in connection with a consumer transaction violates this Act whether it occurs before, during or after the transaction. An act or practice shall be deemed deceptive whenever the producer, manufacturer, supplier or seller, through concealment, false representation of fraudulent manipulation, induces a consumer to enter into a sales or lease transaction of any consumer product or service.
