Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
It’s almost two weeks now that I lost my internet connectivity. Thanks to Smart Bro!. I’ve been giving thier tech support a ring, wait for 20 mins+ for a tech rep to answer my call, and they’ll just make you a report number. Two weeks I’ve been doing this. I have 4 friggin’ report numbers, and they haven’t made an action! It’s either something’s wrong with the friggin’ base station or they’ll promise you a support team will fix the problem given 24 hours of lead time they advised me.
I went to a nearby Wireless Center two days ago to make a follow up, same response over the phone, though, I get to talk to a tech rep in real life. Yey!
I’m planning to shift to Globe’s 512 kbps service (same fee w/ Bro) plus one-year free voice service.
I just dialled *1888 (Smart Bro Tech Support), waited for 12.3 mins to be precise (faster response compared to the latter. Yey!), and they gave me another report number. As expected… *sighs* hopeless case.

Well, i got the same problem like yours bro, the only difference is i just had my connection back just this past sunday. Thanks to the Customer Care Support that directly Scheduled me with a Field visit to fix my problem. I had to stay on the line for like 30 minutes or more at around 3am in the morning just for them to entertain my call, my only problem right now is the account rebate, obviously another 30 minutes waiting to whatever that song is (it’s quite annoying really).. Anyway, Hope your problem would be fixed soon..
Akala ko ako lang pare-pareho lang pala ang problema. Do you think that something big has to be done to stop this provider ignoring our complaints?

Take note most of the time 30kbps to 78kbps lang ang connection ng Smart Bro dito… Sana nga dial up nlang ako eh…
the smart bro really sucks! iv been no connection or more specifically no any signal of thesmart bro, i tried to call their fucking hotline since last saturday unitl now, none call has been answered ,im wordering if the fucking company is gona shut down!!! im here in masangkay street..can anyone tell me wat happen to the fucking company of smart bro??

So talaga palang malaking pagkakamali ko ang pag gamit ng service nila at talaga palang palpak itong DumbBro… este SmartBro.
