Two nights ago, i applied for a Smart Bro installation and it took only 7 minutes for the Smart Customer Service Rep (Powerplant, Rockwell) to approve it. I was both amazed and worried as i have read and heard a lot of complaints against this PLD/Smart service.

The CSRep told me to IMMEDIATELY pay the 999-peso advanced payment. They promised to install the antenna on Saturday.

I hope that i won’t suffer the same problems you have encountered because i am telling you, all hell will break loose if that happens. Bayag lang ni Manny Pangilinan ang walang latay kapag nagkataon.
