Ako po! I don’t know about these legal stuff though but I was able to successfully have my subscription terminated on my own without the 1-year lock. The key thing I believe is to have everything documented. These include the specific details on the service outages, calls made to the pathetic customer service (assuming you actually get through!), times/dates the calls were made, whom you talked to, what he/she answered (specially that rigmarole on technical activity at the base station!), etc. In short, build the case.

i just paid two months of subscription fee.the cust care agent told me that , even though if i have already finished my ONE year CONTRACT last april….i still need to pay the balance starting from APRIL-AUGUST…..AUTOMATIC DAW CONTINUE NILA ANG CONTRACT MO MASKI HINDI MUNA GINAGAMIT SERVICE NILA.dyan nalang nila dinis connect service ko after i settled the account.sabi pa nila na, they will continue to billed you FOREVER not UNLESS pumunta ka sa kanila DISSERVICE CENTERS…..WALANG HIYA TALAGA SMART NA TO’.MAKARMA SANA SILA.
