Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Ever since I have smart wifi apr 3 2006, the connection is f*cking slow and unreliable, I called their billing and told me to give a rebate for apr 3 – 27. WTF? and wait for another 15business days sa rebate. now it’s already May 07 and the connection is still freakn’ crappy slow. yesterday it was halfday downtime. WTFFFF??!!!???? dumb ass smart marketing, keep selling a service w/o consulting the technical capabality of their infrastructure. Mga gagoooo pa. rename pa nila ang service from Smart Wifi to Smart Bro. BULLSH*T!!! Im so pissed off. sorry guys, for the fowl and swearing words. Im just so pissed off. I called their billing dept. and told them that I will discontinue the svc, and they told me i have to pay the remaining months daw??!!! well it’s not my fault that I will ask for dc of svc. it’s their F*CKN’ fault. money is not an issue for me but I have to be fair. ok? sorry tlaga guys, dito lang tlaga ako nakapaglabas sa lahat ng sentiments ko sa dumb smart. They Milk you and then milk you more and give you crappy service in return. SA MGA TAO NAG BASA NITO. DON’T IDOLIZE SMART BRO OR WIFI. IT’S CRAPPY. LOUSY SERVICE. I need a bandwidth critically bec. I have contacts sa US. sh*t mga tao sa smart especially the managers and marketing Dumb Smart!!!!. Coordinate kayo sa mga IT guys nyo muna bago maglunch ng service/product. F*UCK YOU SMART!!!! I asked them and they just told me to wait bec. they are upgrading!!! WTF??? upgrading how long??? they can’t answer it!!! and yet they keep milking you. SH*T!!!!

Tama kayo diyan. Actually di ganito yung connection nila before. Before nakakaabot pa nga ako nga 400kbps sa mga bandwidth testing sites pero ngayon kahit makaabot man lang ng 100kbps ayaw na. Nagsimula lang to nung April 2006 nung inintroduce nila ang Smart Bro, malamang kaya smart Bro kasi Bro-ken ang connection. Nung nagpakabit ako ng March ok naman siya. Antagal ng problem nito. Dapat magayos na sila. Di ba nila nakikita ang mga post na to. Tapos nageexpect pa silang dadami subscribers nila. Sa mga balak magsubscribe, dinidiscourage ko kayong magsubscribe until maayos na uli nila ang connection nila. Sasakit lang ulo niyo. Nasa project 4, QC area ako ngayon.
i symphatize all smart wifi subscribers …actually kakatawag ko lang sa customer service nila i was really upset talked to there supervisor kc i dnt have internet connection for almost a 2 weeks …matagal na itong problema ko sa kanila every month if you are going to file my emails to der escalation team at mga tawag ko sa tech support and billing department nila pwede na ipabookbind ….well im not exaggerating there service really sucks!!!!..as soon maka isang taon na ako i will disconnect my service with them i am tired na kase der are times pag wala akong service ng 1-2 days nde ko na itinatawag kase nakakapagod na
pero advice ko sa mga subscribers
if you dont have service for days already or worst weeks ask der customer service for refund for the days you dont have any service just make sure that when you dont have internet connection you immediately call there techsupport so that they can note your account about the problem and make sure na you have records also so that you can make a followup …they will adjust it ..
…call like 2-3 times for followup and get there reference number especially for adjustment just to make sure that the person who handles your cncern did der job cuz there are times ma-ooverlook lang yung kaso nyo .. walang masama magask ng refund its your right as a consumer to ask for it ..bakit naman kau magbabayad ng buo kung kalahating buwan lang serbisyo….(make sense diba…)

the reason i applied for smart wifi cuz we dont have any landline phone and i have no plans to apply kase dagdag gastos lang since wala naman ako lagi sa bahay i opted for this service i was convinced before this was the best choice for internet connection kase gusto ko mas mabilis ….i must say i regret it
….bagsak ko ngaun i applied for phone line kase laging down ang connection ng smart wifi i have to get a landline phone for backup ..eh halos magkasing bilis na rin sila ng dialup
….one more thing if u did everything ….all the trouble shooting steps ask nyo agad for there tech people to go to ur house kase minsan sa antenna problema .u dnt knw maybe u have a deffective antenna and it needs replacement so dnt waste ur time calling ….
waste ur time doing troubleshooting eh yun pala nalaglag na pala yung antenna ..tsk tsk tsk make sure u tell the tech guy to install it correctly

We just got connected with SMART BRO last Sunday. Actually this was our last resort because of unavailability of lines from both PLDT DSL and Globe Broadband. I was impressed kasi bilis ang service. In a matter of days after application, nakabitan na agad kami. I did not know my calvary begins. The connection is erratic and unreliable. Bandwidth test results range from as low as 7kbps to as high as 123 kbps. Never ko pa na-reach ang 384. and for two whole days super bagal that i had to switch to dial-up just to send a freakin’ email!!!
But I’m still giving the service a chance. Malay mo, mag-improve…..

guys….ever since I posted my complain lumala na ang smart bro/wifi. 2 Days na ako walang connection, and you know what? I dont call for customer service na. it’s a waste of time, my time is precious i’ll just do more productive things that wasting it calling and complaining. btw, the reason why I subscribed to them bec. we transferred to a new partner medyo malayo na at gusto ko makabit agad ang internet. eh p*ta! walang kwenta pa lang ang smart wifi/bro. Well, tignan natin sino ang tigas…Di ako babayad starting next billing. I paid already 2months btw, but like i said before ever since the start of installation it’s crappy. Right now Im applying for Globe DSL, anyways, may survey pa daw..hahayyy..i hope ok ang survey nila..it will reach at my place. bahala na kahit matagalan ang pakabit sa globe DSL basta hinde na same sa Smart bro/wifi ang service.
to jhajha, we have the same experience. for almost 2months na, if they compile my complains siguro..ang dami na ng pages. hehehehe. But I won’t waste my time anymore. Im sick and tired of this sh*t sa smart.
