Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Apparently, Smart Wifi users can’t even afford to enjoy the web’s simple pleasures. Downloading videos from YouTube has become such a pain in the ass lately. I keep getting broken connections and thus, broken videos. Last week I enjoyed watching ANTM 6 through YouTube but now I find it hard to watch ANTM 5 videos because downloading and reloading (due to broken downloads) are taking WAY TOO MUCH of my free time.

Yep yep, kapag tinotopak ang Smart (which is quite often) wala kang mapapanood na videos sa youtube. Well try mo na lang syang i-download. Puntahan mo yung keepvid.com, tapos pwede mo na syang i-download. Mas mahirap kasi panoorin kapag streaming tapos ang bagal bagal ng net mo.

i just paid two months of subscription fee.the cust care agent told me that , even though if i have already finished my ONE year CONTRACT last april….i still need to pay the balance starting from APRIL-AUGUST…..AUTOMATIC DAW CONTINUE NILA ANG CONTRACT MO MASKI HINDI MUNA GINAGAMIT SERVICE NILA.dyan nalang nila dinis connect service ko after i settled the account.sabi pa nila na, they will continue to billed you FOREVER not UNLESS pumunta ka sa kanila DISSERVICE CENTERS…..WALANG HIYA TALAGA SMART NA TO’.MAKARMA SANA SILA. I am also an irritated Smart Bro subscriber. For the past four months, I have been calling, asking, requesting, demanding the technical support to fix my internet connection problem but they chose not fix the problem.
I tried to cancel my internet subscription but they told me i signed a contract that indicates a pre-termination fee.
The pre-termination fee should be waived automatically because of breach of contract.
SMART COMMUNICATIONS BREACHED ITS CONTRACT THRU SMART BRO BY NOT PROVIDING THE INTERNET SERVICES SPECIFIED IN THE CONTRACT THEREFORE ANY PRE-TERMINATION FEE STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT SHOULD BE CANCELLED AND TERMINATED.
Yeah….. what can we do ? I think Smart is being very “smart” by screwing the general public. Considering that in moany areas, like mine, we have no other choice but to get them because there is no other provider, they seem to just sit on their asses saying that “hey, at least we can give you internet.” Such is the attitude of firms that enjoy a monopoly.
At the end of the day, even most of their so-called customer service reps probably think that their clients are stupid by giving lame ass excuses such as “you’re getting normal signal, the speen bursts up to 384…. blah blah blah.” Well, if d/l speeds of 5-6kbps is normal, then i should have just used globe’s 3G system. At P5 for every 15 minutes, that’s a deal compared to SmartBro.

My Friend was going to have internet connection last week,they said they’re going to have SMARTBRO I said that NO It is soooooooooooooooooooo slooooooooooooow and GLOBE thier connection sometimes is TIMED-OUT
ADVICE:RALLY AGAINST THEM I say that we pay them fair and square and thats the connection speed they gave us?

mga putanginang smart bro yan, sa mga bagong customer lang magaling, syempre nagpapabango at galing pang mag sales talk, pero sana ung mga magpapakabit ehh magbasa muna d2 para wag na nilang ituloy at mag dsl or globe na lang sila, unidentified connection ang lumalabas sa network ko kaya magisip isip na kau, sa umpisa lang maganda yan pero kapag tumagal na wala na pababayaan na kau ng smart bro, mga putang ina yan, fuck them, they are so greedy, mga mukhang pera!!
d ba kayo updated? actually aang bilis na ng smart talo pa bayantel.. user ako ngaun at super bilis andali lang magupload ng movies at download ng games basta mga bobo kayo lahat ala kayo alm mmatay na kayo mga bobo kayo palibhasa ginamit nyo dati nung 2006 tangina nyo 2009 na malamang upgradd na un lahat naman ng net noon mas mabagal pa sa lola nyo eh dba? common sense naman guys…
