It’s my first time to see this site…well i was surprised to find people sharing the same problems like me with the smart unsatisfying broadband service! I just got connected last august 19, and damn nobody told me it’s gonna be hard as hell using smart-broadband here in the mountains of Baguio city! my speed is in an amazing range of 30-60 kbps,if its foggy or raining…good-luck if you could find a signal they say. If I’m lucky at least I’m reaching 125kbps.

I’ve been complaining thru their offices here and manila, they’ve sent their best field techs here,even they can’t explain to me when they saw my speed and said it’s not accurate,my anti-virus is making it slow or the tower( has temporary problems,needs a reset)excuses that is!. They cannot change the direction of my antenna because their other two options is either far or being covered by another mountain. They can’t do anything about it,I’m trying to cancel my subscription but it looks like they’re gonna give me a hard time…they’re calling me 3 to 4 times a day asking the same stupid questions. Does anyone here able to cancel their subscription successfully? Please enlighten me…..how long will this take? I got more furious when i got my first bill!!!
