3.) Test your speed http://pldt.speedtest.net/. Note your Download and Upload speeds.
4.) Note your download, upload values in Kbps & latency value in ms (milliseconds). ** To know your latency, open Command Prompt (start menu/run/type cmd/enter). In the command prompt type ping 202.57.117.1 and hit enter. Your latency is the “Approximate round-trip times in milli-seconds Average”.
