Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
OMG! if only ive read these forums a day b4 i get my wifi connected! F #$@! at first i thought normal lang un mga probs na na-eencounter ko on my connection.until i realize that there’s a bunch of subscribers like me who are experiencing the same thing! tsk tsk..the 1st time na dumating un bill ko (that was the time na wala pa akong alam na naloloko lang pala ako ng smart abt their service & wala ako connection that time take note),i immediatedly paid my bill kahit its actually a month advance for a service na u couldnt fully use afer all at sa pag-aakalang baka lalo ako mawalan ng connection pg nde ako nagbayad agad! how stupid of me! the *1888 thing is so tiring much more that you’ll be doing it for so many times & do the same troubleshooting at pagkatapos balik connection mo but in a day or two here we go again! PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED. grrr..excruciating! b@*&$%t! as of writing this wala ako connection sa haus.nakikigamit lang ko now d2 sa ofis.kakaawa diba!? my prob now is my POE.LAN led is not blinking while WLAN led is not there at all.so i called an agent.we do the troubleshooting,unplug & plug this & that,ipconfig,disable,enable,wait for several minutes but nothing happened.the the agent said that my equipment might be the problem.until he advised me that my case will be given to a higher technical support & the sheduler will call me in the nxt 24 hrs to visit personally my equipment.im afraid they will not.not the soonest.so i prefer to ask somebody here who knows how to troubleshoot the case ive stated.LAN led on steady,WLAN is not there at all,OFF in short.PLS HELP ME NAMAN,for people who has a kind heart & a victim like me.kindly email me ur reply @ cm_gaud@yahoo.com.if u cud also kindly include other helpful tips on troubleshooting.TNX! lets kick SMART’s ASS!

What’s wrong with Smart bro?
Lam niyo, lagi akong nagkakaproblema sa connection ko sa smartbro. Lagi akong nadidisconnect. On and off ang connection, nakakainis kaya yun, di ba? Tinulungan naman ako ng smart sa problem ko, pero ganun parin, ewan ko bah! ako lang ba ang nagiging ganito ang connection o kayo rin? OK lang ba ang mga connection niyo?
ampff.. ako rin ganyan… bigla na lang nadi-DC, on & off.. tapos pag tatawag naman ako sa customer service, naka-hold ako ng almost an hour (minsan, lampas pa) tapos sasabihin lang, tawag ulet after an hour kasi di nila ma-verify yung acct ko at the moment.. grrr… nakakagigil, lalo na pag may nira-rush akong works….. ano ba kasi talagang problem?????

para malaman nyo kung ano talaga ang probs sa connectivity nila,bigayan ko kayo ng hint , masyado na marami ang subscriber ng “dumbro” so yung base station nile nagkakaroon ng probs about recieving and throwing the signal and dami natin nag uunahan sa gateway kaya minsan yung Dhcp server mo di madetect at kapag nangyari yun ibigsabin nagbabago yung ip add mo kaya madalas kailangan mo mag release and renew ip. para bumalik ang real ip mo but then sa kayabangan ng “dumbro” kahit sila mismo di nila magawan ng paraan ang porblema nayan kasi yung mga ginagamit natin na antena ay mababang klase kailangan yung pinaka malapit na base station para ok ang streaming ng wave.wala tayong magagawa kundi ang mag demand ng rebate sa kanila alangan naman babayaran mo ang isang services which is di mo naman nagagamit ng maayos so kung hindi ka nila ma bigyan ng tamang rebate pwede silang i suplong sa ntc bastat marami lang ang complanant eh sno ba sila para hindi matinag. “they are offerring the services which the could not provide”what a smart ass!!! email nyo ko kung may questions kayo pagtulungan natin….. hard_drive_tracker@yahoo.com
