Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
I have paid last month with P233 pesos on smart wireless center as per what is written on my bill..
Early September, I receive a bill for P999 plus my P233 outstanding pay which I have already paid. What puzzle me is that the billing period is for August 11 - September 10..
How come the bill come so early? and the due date is September 1, a few days after I recieve the bill?
I also would like to ask how long do paid bills reflect to the billing statements. or do the billing statements generated at an earlier time?
I just want to clear things up about this one since i am paying by next week..

One thing more.. this past 12 days.. smart connection turns bad.. are the lines congested and if they are can we switch access points?

About the speed, i have recently discovered that the speed is around 300kbps but what i got is on around 100kbps, and sometimes it drops to 40kbps.. i was happy if it can turn back to a steady 100kbps or at least reach 200kbps..

Ipconfig connection.. Why do i have only 5minutes lease connection for smart and then the connection refreshes?

pano ka ba nagbabayad sa smart bro? yung cash kiosk ba? yung akala mo ATM machine pero cash ang bayad? i would suggest you don’t use those kind of payment method kasi there is no way to prove na tama ang nilagay mo. Ang Technique ko dian ay dalawa. 1.) pay thru bayad centers, a small free (less than 10 pesos) will be incurred pero may proof ka na bayad ka kasi may printout cla (Reciept). 2.) Punta ka sa cashier ng smart center at sabihin mo wala ka pang resibong natatangap pero gusto mo nang bayaran. papayag yun. Tried and tested ko na yang 2 method na yan.
Saan ko ba makikita dito yung aking mga billing statements ng aking Smart post paid plan?

good thing nga meron kayong natatangap na bill ako ngay wala through text lang bwisit ang tatamad nila magdiliver nang mails and pag di kapa nagbayad like and laki na nang patong nila sa previous bill mo >.<

in fairness to SMBRO, courier problems are encountered, thus, bills weren’t deliver it on time. However, you just have to log in to smart.com.ph, smartbro online, then sign up to bills on line by entering your service number and account number. Yung account number yata, lagyan nang 0 (zero) sa unahan.
You can view your last 3 months bill there.
As what the cust care officer told me, you just have to remember 2 things, CUT OFF and DUE DATE, those are FIXED. It will also be good to save your SERVICE number to your mobile phones.
And please, do read your billing statements, it’s in there: “PAYMENTS MADE AFTER THE CUT OFF WILL BE REFLECTED ON YOUR NEXT BILLING STATEMENT”

naputulan kami ng ng internet (smart bro) last month dahil hindi kami nakabayad. sabi nung operator babalik daw within 24 hours yung connection pag nagbayad. nagbayad ako sa bayad center noong isang araw. pero hanngang ngayon hindi pa bumabalik yung connection. tumawag uli ako sa operator ng smart bro sabi matagal daw pumasok pag sa bayad center nagbayad. ganun ba talaga? may naka-experience na nito sa inyo? 3 araw na pero wala pa rin…

Sa akin naman po, kung minsan mabilis at mabagal ang speed niya, siguro ok na rin sa akin kasi talagang sinusulit ko, kasi nag iinternet ako hanggang 2 ng madaling araw at gumigisang na naman ako ng umaga para mag online. Ako nagbabayad ako sa mismong wireless center kasi 24 hrs ang posting ng payment sa computer nila kung sa authorized center ka magbabayad 2-3 days bago ma post ang payment mo sa computer. Go SMART BrOADBAND!!!!!! Sana bilisan niyo po pag upgrade ng base station niyo.

1 week na akong walang connection nakailang tawag na rion ako sa smart ang laging dahilan di pa raw tapos ang base station upgrading nagtataka lang ako sa aming lygar ako lang nawalan ng connection at wala silang magawa dahil di pa raw tapos ang restoration grabe
