Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Good day! I am new to this chronicle. I had my SMART BRO connection 2 weeks ago. So far the service is uninterrupted however my problem is with regards to the speed of the connection. I am averaging 100kbps a far cry from what SMART promised on their advertisements. Sometimes it goes up to 200kbps but never reached the 300+ plateau.
Is there anything I need to do (except calling their “NOT SO technical support”) to address this problem.

Suggestion ko try mo alamin kung pano ma-access yung canopy setting. Eto kasi yung pinaka-magandang way para maayos kaagad connection prob mo kasi ikaw n gagawa nito at d k n aasa sa SMART. Medyo matrabaho nga lang pero pag nakuha mo na yung process medyo dadali n rin. Try mo pumunta sa pinoywifi.com or pinoydsl.net hanap k ng thread don regarding sa canopy setting.
Dapat meron k rin bandwidth monitor recommend k sa yo PRTG Traffic Grapher. Pag-nainstall mo n sya dl k ng madaming torrents tapos mas maganda kung iwan mong bukas PC mo for 1 whole day. Macchk mo don sa 24 hr graph ng PRTG kung ano status ng connection kung mabagal b sya talaga or meron lang time of day na nagbabagal sya.
Pde mo rin sya gamitin para sa pag complain mo sa smart kung mabagal talaga connection mo at least graph talaga dba tapos monitored pa for 1 whole day.
garbe nagsasawa na ako sa kakataw sa hotline wala paring ng yayari sobrang pangit ng connection nila 3x na pumonta ung contractor wala paring nangyari 30ft nanga ung antina ko pangit parin ung signal nakakaasar na to mali ung sabi nla sa
tv up to 7x faster than dial up daw!!! dapat ang sabihin nila 2x faster than dial up putol putol pa!!!!!!!!!
