Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
(something to think about: when your a newbie, you’re a greenhorn; when you’ve-been-there-done-that, you’re jaded, jade is a green-colored precious stone)
i got smartbro from a halloween promo flyer.
texted all my info to the agent.
asked agent to meet up so i can get a copy of the agreement, ‘coz he says i only have a year commitment, i’ve read it’s usually 2 years.
agent said no need.
asked smart wireless center for a copy of the contract, was advised its not printable. (breathe in, breathe out)
call center agent called me up for sched, was given 2pm sched.
installers arrived 10am, i wasn’t home, installers left, said will be back by 2pm.
got home by 2.30pm, no installers in sight.
3pm called smart, was informed that install time was from 8am to 8pm and installers will arrive shortly.
i should’ve asked how short.
5pm called smart, agent called dispatch, was advised to wait for about an hour.
7pm called smart, huffing and puffing but holding myself back a great deal, agent apologized, was advised to wait for an hour or else resched. resched?!
after the call, installers showed up at the front door.
did not get mad, made installers laugh themselves to shreds instead.
i recently checked how they fancied up the wires from the receiver and found out that they nailed it to the alulod (the english word escapes hehe).
note to self: buy putty to patch holes made by nails, breathed in, breathed out.
haven’t received my first bill yet.
went online, no ‘my account’ link.
found link to download quickfix, found feedback form (meridian portal).
wrote a lengthy letter, clicked on send, got error message and my lengthy message was erased.
tried a few more times, errors galore. (this time i wrote the letter on the wordpad first, hah! )
tried to see if im just stupid and maybe there really is an independent website for smartbro existing customers, searched web, got this site.
checked on testmy.net, found out that

Not so invigorating.
Anyway guys I just learned that when dealing with technology and businesses that cater such, we should be triply patient. As long as we can still fix the faults that we find then just chalk it up for the mean time.
Proper breathing techniques and sites such as these will make our lives longer.
by the way anyone of you knows if there is an online billing for smartbro?
maybe i’m just stupid.

hello. i just had smartbro installed last jan 16. since the 17th, suki na ako ng customer service nila. naku, i want to have this service severed already. nung una mabagal lang. mas mabagal pa sa dial-up. but now, wala na talagang internet. apat na araw na. nakakainis. im writing a complaint letter and give it to them. im going to cite this website. thank you, genius ang nakaisip nito.
