Hi hello..How are you Smart’s Engineers?..I would like to inform you that my Smart Wifi connection is very weak..I mean it takes for me 30 minutes to 1 hour before I could connect to the network. It seems that my signal level at my site is very weak or maybe the one who install have mistakenly analyze my MAC address…I mean he had mistook my the MAC address to IP conversion of my unit…It seems like that…as what I had understand with your set-up…Is it?
