Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
DAMN SMART BRO[ken]..has people answering for Applications and Billing inquiries yet NONE for technical support and/or non-technical support…tsk tsk tsk..damn disappointing..planning to shift to globe…i have internet connection now..but i think its not yet performing good…i can surf and surf…yet my torrents cant download anything…PLUS my online games cant log-in or connect to the server…Flyff/Silkroad/GGgame/RO has slow connections…any1 can help me out here??
To Summarize problem:
Good surfing connections
Good uploading data [youtube]
Good downloading data [smart's "quickfix", DOTA maps, downloadable things]
Bad gaming Connection [Flyff/Silkroad/GGgame/RO]
Torrents cant download [limeware/bearshare etc.]
TOO DAMN FAST IN BILLING ME!!! T_T

Me? I had no connection for the whole month of August, then got connected for about 5 – 10 minutes (commulative 5-10 seconds connections)for whole month of September… and GRRRRRRR… disconnected for 3 weeks now and hopefully the whole month again of October…
I had given up hoping a long time ago. Pag tumawag ka sa Tech Support you’ll be put on hold until your CP’s battery is dead if you’re lucky to get through in the first place. I tried once calling all day and waited on hold for about an hour, still no luck of having just said HI to the Tech people who were INUTIL anyway…

The smart bro billing statement is not ON TIME most of the time tapos ididisconnect at sasabihin na di nagbabayad. Bakit ganun e hinihintay ko nman ung billing statement e wala nmn dumadating. please.. paki ayos naman laging na Didisconnect pag nag lalaro ako ng Onlinegame.. d ko na nga pinapansin na hndi ako makapag download using smartbro. need ko pang pumunta sa shop para makapag DL lang ako.. pati ba naman simpleng friendster lang super tagal ang masaklap pa Disconnected ulit.
having problems with my wimax..it appears that i have 5 bars of signal..means it should be strong .after 20 min it will suddenly scroll up meaning searching for signal…then everything that im doing gets hanged up. then the signal will come back to 5 bars again and again same thing happens all over again..what a shitty connection to use…cant even open anything…for a long period of time

amfufu kau smartbrooooooooooooo!!!!!lang kwenta ngtatapon lng ako ng pera……kapag tumawag naman sa customer service aabutin ka ng taon bago ka sagutin tpos sasabihin lng sau “sir icheck nyo po bka wlang signal dyan sa location nyo” e potpot pla kau sa meter ng unit ko 5 bars meaning malakas signal!!!! bugok!!!!
