Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
OMG my connection seems to be fluctuating for almost a month now. Grabe!! I have this project na hindi ko matapos dahil every 2 minutes mawawala ang connection and I have to do some “pingings” or totally restarting the whole stuff bago bumalik and mawala na naman ang nakakainis na connection. Dati naman, pag madaling araw ok na ang connection so tyaga na lang ako since SmartBro is the only option in my area. Pero ngayon kahit madaling araw or the so called non-peak hours, I am still having this problem with SmartBro. Online gamer din ako and it really pisses me off having disconnected from the server for every a minute or two.
Tulad nung iba, nung first month ok naman ang connection. Ang bilis nga e, umaabot ng 300+kbps. Pero di pa yata tapos yung one month na yon, nagloloko na until now. 2 months pa lang ako subscribed and nagsisisi na yata ako. Tumawag ako sa hotline 2 days ago (long distance call pa) kasi nawala ang connection ko totally, and may mga instructions sila pinagawa like unplugging the cpe, chaging the IP, restarting the pc, etc. Naging OK naman sya (around 10pm na yon kaya siguro umayos). Tinanong ko what if magloko po uli and they told me: “Do the same thing lang po”. But now kahit ilang beses ko gawin nagloloko pa rin. huhuhu. I still hope na aayos pa tong SmartBro (please lang) kasi ako nagiipon ng pambayad ko since kaya lang ako pinayagan na magsubscribe dahil ako ang magbabayad.

I also experience this problem you guys have with your Smart Bro internet connection. I am using Smart Bro for about six months now. They are doin well and their service is pretty good in the first few weeks then I started to experience no connectivity. I call customer service for many times and they told me that they experienced some technical problems. I try to understand before, but now I think this is really stupid. I can no longer work well, last week I was scolded with my boss for not completing the task. I was not able finish my work on deadline. I work as an online assistant/researcher and how could I done my work well without proper internet connection. Where is the 384Kbps they promise?
I’ve been doin research on the internet everyday. The most important website which is very useful for my research work is the Citizenship and Immigration Canada. I’ve been browsing CIC website everyday to gather more information about immigration as part of my work. But now I can no longer view the CIC website and don’t tell me the problem is on my browser. Why I able view other pages smoothly? And beside I try to open CIC website outside, in the internet cafe and it works pretty well. I also have problems with Google. It will take a very long time before I can view the Google homepage. How this happen? Is this part of their poor service?
I tried to used the Quickfix. I check the internet latency. I used Ping for websites but the report says 100% loss. How this happen? If the problem is on my browser why I can open this website before. And it works pretty well when I open it on the internet cafe. So bad! This is really stupid.
Very much indeed!! When I called the customer hotline, it seemed pa na my computer is the one having the problem and not their stupid service. Goodness! I’ve been using this computer using dial-up for a long time and gave me no problem or whatsoever. Mas happy pa ako dun sa dial-up kasi kahit di ganon kabilis tuloy tuloy naman. Ok pa rin naman ang speed ng SmartBro, nagpuputol putol lang talaga. Why is that?? Bakit hindi magawa na tuloy tuloy. Connected sya for 5 minutes, then mawawala for a minute then babalik and so on. huhuhuhuhu P-L-E-A-S-E
Sana naman! Quickfix na nila mga problema natin. Hindi lang bayad ng bayad lang tayo every month tapos ganito lang. Palagi nalang to sila may bagong offer na service. Hindi pa naman na-resolve ang issue sa Smart Bro. Smart Fly na naman!

I know how you feel. Di ko nagawa kaninang umaga ang reflection paper ko which is due on Friday dahil sa pawala-walang connection
Amf nga masyado. Wala naman akong problema sa speed ng internet pero nakakainis. Nawawala in a regular basis today. Every minute or so rin ako naga-unplug para mabalik ang internet.. *sigh* kakainis talaga.
Di ko pa talaga matapos-tapos ang pag-upload ng files sa website ko dahil sa pawala-wala ang http://ftp. FTP upload kasi ang ginagamit ko. At nakakainis kasi di ko matapos tapos dahil laging nawawala ang connection..
d n nawawla ung internet connection [if it ever happen, broken connections get fixed within 30 mins max]….my only problem now is the fl_l[keen internet connection speed….any help regarding canopies are good and are welcome….please…..need help…ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!
hi anu ba kayo lagi nalang nawawala connection nyo palitan nyo na mga gamit nyo o kaya mag opgrade kayo ng maga gamit nyo……… kaka iniiiiiis
