Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Is SmartBro Wireless internet efficient?? My answer is a big NO!!!! Im using my Smartbro Wireless Internet connection only during weekends here in the province… but it pisses me of being online after few minutes, my connection will be cut off and never again got any connection from SmartBro…

Very unefficient and service talaga nila. Highest speed na nakuha ko sa kanila ay 97kbps lang. Potek talaga yang smartbroken na yan!!!

have u ever tried doin the test at early mownin? lets say 2am? i had a speed of 386kbps from that time till 10am….After that….you can send emails faster when u go to the post office rather than using smartbroken…hayz….
BTW all my tests didn’t reach the speed as low as yours…..38kbps is the lowest

What can I say, I thought it was just my imagination after being told by smart bro engineers it was my computer and it needed to be reformated. It must be both my PC and laptop, and also my friends laptop in that case as we tried them all. Anyway I reformated the computer but nothing changed, It still had a download ping of 26.78 to 56.3. Yes at 2.00am it speeds right up, but do I really want to work online at 2.00am? I am in the provence in a place called Polanco near Dipolog City. Its unfortunate there are no telephone lines here, this is why I find myself using this service, but for much of the time the service is non existant and slow 90% of the time. How I wish there was a faster service than this here thats able to give a real service and a customer service that simply tries to push the fault off as being yours instead of there own lack of professionalism. As for them sending an engineer to check their equiptment it seems to be unheard of. I wouln’t mind so much if they were to admit the service is poor. but to suggest to a customer to reformat???? On trips to Manila the Wi fi and Lan connections always work perfect on other systems,l so I suggest they should look at there equiptment before assuming its the customers problem. As soon as there is another option here with a good connection I will instantly change, so Smart Bro look out as there must be many more who feel like me of your service and openings for other internet providers to take smart bro customers away

ngayon ko lng naeexperience ang nangyari sau.. Nawawala rin and connection ng akin tpos kelangan pang irenew, hindi magamit ng matino and smartbro.. hndi pa ko pinapadalhan ng bill every month..papadalhan lng ako pag disconnection na.. wlang kwenta talaga!!!
smart bro wireless never again!!grabe super bagal, cant get my moneys worth, just load P200 for 10 hrs worth of connection then again its a waste, it took me ages of waiting coz its super slow. i only got 7hrs of internet time for the P200 load!!!putik!!pusang gala!!!! SMART BRO sucks!!!
i know this post is quite old….i myself is not satisfied with this smarts service but to be quite frank if you want a better speed, stick to its wired equivalent..im not much of a wireless expert but my basic knowledge tells me that the current wireless technology of today is not yet up to our expectations.the big problem (well, that is from my own prospective)is why did smart introduce this service when it is clearly not working?well btw, globes tatoo is no better….(same manufacturer namely Huawei)….

I’m using Sun Wireless Broadband now…mabagal pero ok lang kasi I didn’t expect much from it, besides, 50 pesos lang unli na for the whole day so sulit na rin….
Siguro upon reading your comments, I’ll just stick to Sun Broadband…hirap kasi magpakabit ng DSL sa amin..

tama..mahinang mahina…here in ormoc city,leyte…nasa bukid pa aman kami nakatira…hanggang 53kbps lng ako…kainis kayo smart.magaling lang kayo gumawa ads..pustahan pa tayo..kaya nyo?.
mahigit na 2 months na wala kaming connection beetween 7am to 9:30pm kumausap na ako ng supervisor nila kala ko mag kakaroon na pag asa na maayos pero nagkamali ako paasahin kang mag return call wlang naman tawag nadarating… inakyat ko na ang reklamo sa manager ang sabi ng agent wait lang daw nirereview nila ung history ng complaints ko after 1 hour nag pagaantay ibaba ko daw ang phone at tatawgan ako ng manager within 10min… dumaan na ang 30min walang tawag mula sa manager, then tumawag uli ako at I demand makausap ang manager at ang sabi ng agent di raw possible makusp ngaun kc nasa meeting si manager…. what kind of service ang aasahan mo sa smart kung mismong manager walang concern sa customer. napaka incompetent mula manager hanggan agent walang kang aasahan… manager na wlang isang salita. magresign na kayo kung ganyang ang serbisyo nyo…
