   the uname and password are the same as they gave you when you log in to the portal.

   if they didnt give you anything or if it got lost, your username is the first letter of your name, middle initial and full last name. ex. Juan P. Tamad becomes jptamad and so on.

   your password is by default 123456, and so is everyone’s. its a good idea to change this after you log on.

   btw. the space smartbro gives you might be limited compared to gmail and yahoo is offering. so it might be wise to get an email client to download/retrieve/store mail. another reason for getting a client is maybe you cant access your inbox anymore after getting disconnected or subscribing out of smartbro. good luck man!
