Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Hi guys with tons of problems regarding smart wifi. I had a connection before located in Sta. Rosa.
The antenna was installed on the roof deck of a three storey building. And I can very well see the Smart cell site. You know what I still had problems same with you guys. So where do problems come from? Not our PC, Not our OS, Not our PC communications peripheral.
Regarding the 1year lock-in period….. I broke it without paying the remaining months.
You can too. Just insist on your ordeal with the connection.

No one can blame a subscriber for breaking the one-year lock-in period if he/she doesn’t get anything in return for hard earned money paid to these glorified HIGHWAY ROBBERS (in barong).
Lintik talaga sa bansang ito. Ang may protection lang malalaking negosyante para lokohin ang taong bayan. Look at the pre-need companies, banks, etc that closed shop leaving planholders with their dreams crumbling. May nakasuhan ba sa mga manlolokong yan. Pero pag ang isang Juan de la Cruz nagnakaw ng isang kilong kamatis, kalaboso agad!
I am also an UNFORTUNATE subscriber of Smart Lowband. If they will not improve their services, I will be one with you in not paying the remaining balance of my one-year lock-in period.
They cannot force consumers to pay without giving the services we deserve.
Same problem with different scenario guys, I’m a subscriber of smart wifi also, I worked in Tabaco city (Albay) for two months, then decided to transfer in Daraga(30 kms from Tabaco), so I requested from smart na lipat na rin connection ko, and what did they told me? I will pay 2,000 pesos for transfer with or without assurance na me connection ako!!! What if I paid 2,000 tapos di pala abot ang internet sakin?
I respect their policy kaya lang it doesn’t make sense di ba? as if I was paying for nothing. They should have reviewed their policy before implementing.
I decided to give the account to the son of my landlady, he’ll pay n lng the bills, and one time naka online cia, nasa manila daw siya, meaning iniwan ung smart wifi account, kaya ayun me balance akong 8,000. Nadagdagan tuloy problem ko. They don’t accept change of details or transfer of account pa naman.
