Nakakainis ang smart bro ang mahal ng bayad ko pero ang bagal ng connection… kapag nag ggames ako kinikick lagi ako ang taas daw ng ping ko,,, fuk xet” tapos ngayung nakaraang araw patid patid naman connection.. di tuloy maka pag upload kasi biglang nadidisconnect ka minuto.. abnormal talaga… kamukha ng smart bro… haayss.. sayang lang pera ko….

net was fine back then now sucks they always say on phone that your “home base has lil bit of problem, we are very sorry for the inconvenience we will asure you that we will immediately fix the problem as soon as possible” they say 2 hrs is enough I think 2 hrs = 1 week lol what’s next?

they just milk us out of our money every month even though we are having trouble with the connectivity specially with online games… does smart has any knowledge about this forum site? they should read this but i guess once they do they might just block the site and erase everything removing evidence of their BLUNDER AND CORRUPTED WAY OF WORK

we cant even cancel smartbro service coz i dont think they will accept the idea of cancelling it due to simple problems as they say it like no connection with online games since residential IP uses one PRIVATE IP which registered only to the base towers and we are all lining up to use that private IP to get connected to servers who will only accept private IP and not just any IP add… FIX THE PROBLEM SMARTBRO or you’re not “smart” enough to figure out a solution for this
