The connection speed is too slow and intermittent. But most of the time its flat out to ZERO. My dial-up connection performs even faster. I called customer service and was adviced to open multiple sites just to kick-up the system. Sorry, it did'nt work..... still the connection is too slow and intermittent. Now I'm back to using my dial-up connection. SSOOOO FRUSTRATING............. My smartbro was connected 3-days ago and its been three days of frustration.
