Sir.. It’s not actually the speed of your internet.. It’s the maximum capacity na kayang i-handle ng LAN Card mo.. Binawasan lang ata ng smart yung capacity kasi nag uupgrade sila ng ibang base stations.. so far, alam ko upgraded na ilang base stations sa bulacan, cavite at ilang part ng laguna..
If you want pwede mo baguhin yun, tapos observe mo speed.. ganun pa rin..
but in my case, the connection used to be good. then these past few weeks, biglang bumagal. it then that i noticed na 10mbps na lng ang speed instead of 100mbps.
also, if i run the quikfix 2, sinasabi, CANNOT DETECT YOUR LAN CARD. wat does it mean? how to fix it? but note, i have internet connection!
Same here too, from 100mbs to 10mbps. and I cannot access canopy settings.
But I did re-configure my Canopy Settings and it went back to its normal 100Mbps speed.
If you notice a 10mbps speed, it means it reverted back to factory settings every startup, except the your current alignment settings to your Base Station or Access Point. Thats why you still have internet connection.
thanks for these comments guys… well now i still have this 10mbps thing, some people i know say it doesnt really matter whether its 10 or 100 we couldn’t really see the difference… but still i have issues wit the customer service i get this feeling my # is banned so no one is answering.
its just pisses me off when i finally do have time to enjoy the internet, i get these connection problems. & smart still has the nerve to call to follow up on my payment as if im gonna run away. smart should be customer centered & give value to the service it gives to us, the subscribers, otherwise why should we pay for something we dont get anything in return, might as well cancel the subscription & choose another.
