The tropical cyclone “MILENYO” wrecked my wifi/bro connection.
I called the *1888 *3888 1800-10-6727277.
I also made reports of it online .
I even visited a wireless center.
All they can tell me:
Ma’am update po natin…
Ma’am check po natin…
Ma’am wait for 24 hours…
I’ve had so many 24 hours wasted…

aiceL, where are u from?? kung taga manila ka, or kahit saan nmn cguro, u can call (02)-672-72-77,, 1 and 1. ung 1 and 1 un ung option n pipiLiin mo na ssbihin ng answering machine, dun sa second option, 1 piliin mo, kc wlng ssgot sau pg sa 4 ka which is tech support, no calls will be entertain because their office is drowning with complaints already so wla n clang balak mag entertain pa,, ayt!! goodLuck!!

I suggest sa MEDIA nyo na lang sabihin ang mga complaints about SMARTBRO(LOK) lalo na sa imbestigative TV Program Tulad ng BITAG. Wag sa show ng dalawang higanting network, kasi 100% hindi nila ito iibestigahan kasi mawawalan sila ng customer sa mga commercial.. sa BITAG na lang kasi ang BITAG walang kinakatakutan
