Suggestion ko bro.. instead na magsayang ka ng oras at maghintay ng ilang araw para sa feedback.. suggest ko na punta ka na lang sa nearest Wireless Center tapos dun ka magreklamo.. tatawagan ka ng mga engineers nila ( not the one from their hotline ) within 24 hours.. pag di tumawag 24 hours pahintay kinabukasan baka busy lang at inuuna back logs.. pero sure ka naman na may resolution sila.. last resort troubleshooting kasi sila.. level 3 or 2 na kumbaga at sila rin ang nagpapadala ng tao kasama nung mga regional group nila.. suggestion lang...</description>
