Good day to anyone who’s reading this;

I just recently subscribed to Smart Bro, so recently in fact, that they just came here yesterday. When they installed the antenna and I was minding my own business in the background, I could see that the technician had enough net speed to do what he wanted.. I was satisfied, after all: I’ve always wanted to have broadband connection. A couple of hours pass, with my DL/UL speed reaching to about 111kbps.. I noted that it was quite slow, but as long as it could come to par with dial-up I was happy. I don’t complain much, after all. Then came the bomb. The connection began cutting itself: every other minute, the server wouldn’t respond.. meaning I’d have about a minute of lag everytime I surfed. Imagine downloading an MP3, a minute into the download, the server stops… takes another minute and then it goes up again… sadly a file can’t wait for a minute… so I have to try and download again. Bam. Server goes down again. This continues for the entire morning. I notice that my down speed and my up speed is getting slower too… being reduced to 3 to 11kbps. I tried calling the *1888 and they told me that it would pass in 24 hours.

*sigh*

I really don’t know what to do but wait, after all… It IS just my first day on this connection.
