Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
For those of you out there who are tempted and fooled by their promises of 7x faster than dial-up, and for those of you who are tempted to apply or subscribe, don’t even think about it… you’ll only suffer for 12 excruciating months of complaint, calling *1888, restarting your PC or router, troubleshooting, pinging, etc… this ISP is a crap!!! C-R-A-P!!!

I second the motion. Faster than dial up nga sila. For example kung 56kbps and dial-up sila mga 80kbps. So faster nga di ba? Ang 384 na ineexpect mo nagiging 80kbps kasi daw “up to” 384kbps at “burstable” to 384 kbps ang speed nila.
minsan lang sa isang araw puede mag burst sa 384 ? the rest of the day 80 kbps. sA MGA GUSTO MAG APPLY, HINTAYIN NA LANG NINYO YUN ANNOUNCEMENT NG SMART NA NAG UPGRADE NA SILA (MORE BANDWIDTH) saka kayo mag apply , kasi sa ngayon kulang na kulang talaga yun kanilang bandwidth kaya maraming nag rereklamo.

Nag apply ako ng smart wifi 27 December, sa wakas na-install nila unit ng January 13.. panay pa follow up ko non. LAst month, naka experience na and family ko ng walang internet connection dahil di maka connect sa smart, dito ko ngayon sa Angola (buti pa dito kahit katatapos lng ng civil war, lagi kaming may inertnet LAN connection) and the only pinakamuarang communication dyan sa atin is by chatting, IM and voip. sana makapagisip naman ang smart at matulungan kming mga ofw na nagpapakahirap away from our family.. 2 SMART Management….umaksyon naman kayo… ayusin nyo naman ang serbisyo nyo… sayang ang mga kliyente nyo..
I am also an irritated Smart Bro subscriber. For the past four months, I have been calling, asking, requesting, demanding the technical support to fix my internet connection problem but they chose not fix the problem.
I tried to cancel my internet subscription but they told me i signed a contract that indicates a pre-termination fee.
The pre-termination fee should be waived automatically because of breach of contract.
SMART COMMUNICATIONS BREACHED ITS CONTRACT THRU SMART BRO BY NOT PROVIDING THE INTERNET SERVICES SPECIFIED IN THE CONTRACT THEREFORE ANY PRE-TERMINATION FEE STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT SHOULD BE CANCELLED AND TERMINATED.
