I'm wondering what happen to your complain. Same thing happen to me. I bought this smartbro wifi and it never work. Kahit isang page, hindi ko siya nagamit. Pabalik balik na ko sa wireless center. pero as it is, wala talagang masagap na signal. Then I ask to disconnect may subscription. Ayaw pumayag kasi lock-in period daw. 

I planning to  complain them to NTC. just don't know the steps.

Good morning!
 
I'm an OFW wherein my husband subsribe the Smart Bro Internet connection in your SMART office in Tacloban City last year 2008
 
Last Aug. 24, 2009 (if I'm not mistaken of the date), I went to your Tacloban Smart Office to reconnect the internet line of my husband. I paid everything hence your staff in Tacloban Smart Office gave me an assurance that they will connect the internet ASAP after my payment.
 
Since I was very busy, my son called your office for folow up of our internet connection last Aug.25, 2009. But *1888 told him he will send technician to our residence to settle some connection problems but until now no technician visit us there. I failed to follow up hence my flight going to Manila was last Aug.28, 299 5:30 PM. Recently, I'm here in Manila waiting for my ticket going back to Qatar as OFW.
 
In this connection, I would like to complain why your smart office in Tacloban has poor services to reconnect our internet although I paid everything just to reconnect it.
 
Don't worry, I can give you an assurance to send my monthly bill payment hence I'm sending now my budget towards my 4kids (including internet monthly payment) thru my mother hence I got a problem with my husband if he is holding my money.
 
As of now, please quickly reconnect our smart internet connection at 1118 Don Alfonso St. Brgy. San Roque Tanauan, Leyte. My 4kids badly needed that internet connection hence I also want to communicate them thru chatting hence I'm far away from them. Yet, I will go back to Qatar soon this September 2009. Chatting is very important for me to communicate my beloved 4kids.
 
Hoping for your immediate action regarding this matter.

		<description>I wish I had read this before we subsceribed to smartbro 999 about 3 months ago here in Makati. Since then, the service has been up about a total of 1 week. After several service calls, we finally decided that it was never going to work properly so I called to have the service disconnected and to get a refund on my initial payment of P999. The CSR obviously was a robot and did not hear any of my reasons for not wanting the service any longer cause all she said was " Ma'm you have a 1 year contract.." I was so mad I started yelling at her  telling her I will never pay for something that doesn't work. If you bought a burger and they only squirted ketchup in your palm would you pay for it!!!!!" My husband also got on the phone cause she was not listening to anything I had to say, trying to make me agree to yet another worthless service call. Finally after threats to sue and more yelling my husbnd must have convinced her so she told him she would put an "endorsement" in to say that the contract can be terminated. what ever the hell that means. Apparently now I have to go down to the smartbro office in Makati to declare that i no longer want the service so they can disconnect it for me.  I have yet to see if this will be easy and simple once I do go down there. I have a feeling I will run into more stupidity.  The government should disallow smart from "providing" this service as it is not up to proper standards. And about all the fantastic ,philippine customer service , I have yet to experience it. By the way, I'm a Filipina  balikbayan.</description>
