		<description>i have a story, i have signed the contract for 2yrs in smartbro and pay for it then they connected it after 5days but i received the free sim card and printer after 1/2 month. And after a month my PC have crushed so i repair &amp; reformat it then when i browse the internet it wasn&#039;t connect to smartbro anymore. I remember that the person who connected the smartbro left his number for us to tell him whatever problem occurs regarding the smartbro so texted him for almost a week but he didn&#039;t come. I thought it was just delayed like the case of the printer and free sim card so i waited for almost more than three months. Then now they want me to pay for the service that we never consume because we can&#039;t. It wasn&#039;t our fault but their inaccurate service! what kind of service they&#039;re giving to their clients? is this how you give a service to your clients? actually i am still willing to pay but i want to end the contract  as i pay for it and i also want them (the employees who are behind of this) to pay for what they&#039;ve done. Because of their inaccurate service there&#039;s a lot of smart&#039;s client/user will join the other company. And definitely i am one of them, all of my family members will use globe and sun. i hope the smart will read this. i am from bicol, daraga albay. thanks</description>

		<description>Let me tell my story here. I signed for wimax smart at SM baguio, cs told me they will install and do speed test and if I’m not satisfied they will not resume the installation. So the next day techs came and installed. Speed test failed bec. it’s too slow then they said it’s ok and they left. The next day I went back to sm to complain all they can offer is resolution but not to cancel. They next few days cs has been calling me but no solution is evident. I kept yelling at every cs that calls me for their stupid service. I get an average of 30-50 KBPS everyday here in Baguio. I plan not to pay them on next bill, they can sue untill they fucking die. To all Baguio users, DO NOT AVAIL OF WIMAX FROM SMART!! YOU WILL GET 30-50 KBPS EVERYDAY!!!! If you are content with that spped ok go ahead and sign for 2 years of slow speed internet while they promise you 1 MB. For those who are planning to cancel, JUST STOP PAYING THEM AND LET THEM HAVE THE HEADACHE OF ASKING YOUR PAYMENT!!! DON’T BE AFRAID OF BEING SUED THEY DO NOT HAVE A GOOD STAND IN COURT IF IT WILL EVER GET THERE ( I COMPLETELY DOUBT THAT) WALA PANG NAKULONG NG DAHIL SA DI NAGBAYAD NG BILL DAHIL SA PANGIT NA SERBISYO!!! 		<description>I have a SmartBRO which a bought more or less 7 months ago, i cant use it lately due to unknown reason.. so dinala ko sya sa Smart Center at SM Manila (June 22) for check-up sana but to my surprise, hindi daw nagche-check-up sa kanila ng Broadband.. the employee at the door pointed a stall in front of their office telling me na doon daw ang check-up, so dinala ko sya doon, again to my surprise may charge ito na P50.00! Ganun?! Di ba private company ang Smart? so bakit may authorized pa silang service center? di ba sila lang dapat ang may service center? Paki-explain lang po.. before i switch to other network!! para kasing nakakaloko e.. magaling lang sa bentahan pagdating sa customer care BULOK na!!</description>

First day ng smartbro ko astig 68kbps ang nakuha kong speed. e d nag complain ako bumalik yong contractor nuna araw na yon kasi tinawagan ko na bumalik sya nagiwan kasi ng number sakin. ok  naman daw yong kabit nila ang may problema na daw yong smart kasi mabagal ang connection

..sabi daw sa hotline nako ng smart tumawag, e d technical support churba wlang nagawa bumilis naman ng kunti naging 91kbps. e d reklamo ulet. technical na naman.. keso bka punu na daw cookies ng browser ko..e kakaformat ko lang. meron na akong google chorme, firefox, explorer. lahat ata gusto pa download sakin. pati flashplayer magdownload daw ako..

eh hindi ba nya alam na kapag nagdownload ng google chrome e latest na ang adobe flash player.walang nangyari..

complain ulet tawag sa hotline.. sumunod na araw sira no connectivity naman ang sira

tapos nagpakuha ng isa pang computer kuha naman ako..ayon ganon parin..

still wala parin nangyayari.

sumunod na araw tawag ulet ako magpapapunta daw ng contractor again!


ang sabi baka sira daw yong rj45 yon daw ang complain ko, baka sira rj45 eh wala naman akong sinabi na sira rj45..anak ng jueteng eh wla naman gumagalaw bakit masisira.

sa inis ko pumunta ako ng wireless center para sabihing papaterminate ko na... tapos sabi mag dedeploy na daw ng contractor para sila ang magfinalize kong papa early termination.. 24 to 48 hours anak ng anak ng anak ng jueteng na naman..

walang dumating..tumawag ulet ako sa hotline tapos yong pagpunta ko noon ng wireless center eh pinorward lang pala sa technical support at check kong anong problema..


hay... ngayon pumunta na ulet na naman yong contractor akala ko for termination na un pala aayosin at titingnan kong anong problema. sabi wla naman daw problema sa canopy ang problema speed ng internet.50 kbps ang nakukuha...


tumawag ako sa *1888 hotline habang nasa bahay ang contractor. at sinabi ko ay ganere


&quot; gusto ko na paputol ang connection ko, pa pullout na ang canopy nyo dito habang andito ang contractor nyo&quot;


sabi sakin hindi daw pwede sa wireless center daw ako punta para ma pa terminate ko ng maayos.. ayon umuwi ulet contractor na walang nangyari..

tinakot pa ako sabi sige pa terminate mo may pinirmahan kang contrata babayaran mo ng 24 thousand kasi nga 1 week palang tong smartbro ko. eh diba nag advance ako ng 999 dapat 23 thou lang ah..


tapos pumasok sya kasi may kakausapin daw sya ..eto paglabas sabi hindi daw talaga pwede  pa terminate


PAPALITAN DAW NG CANOPY..


1week palang yong smartbro sa bubong ko wala pa akong nagagamit ganito na problema.
