i hope congress should act on this matter because both smart bro and globelines failed to deliver the subscribe speed connection and a better service to thier respective client…Kung pede lang sana ipa HOY gising itong malalaking telecom na ito na harapang nangloloko sa taong bayan…

Im was definitely decieved when I purchased the smartbro prepaid kit thinking that it will atleast make a difference when you travel but I guess I was hard headed and can only blame myself. Reading all the comments here can really frustrate you. I was already in makati last few days and thinking that atleast I can get a decent HSDPA signal for this sucker but the story remains the same. Imagine the pain and agony of getting 53.6kbps at home is worst than dial-up, I cant even login to YM for christ’s sake!

I was wondering if I can return this prepaid kit and get my money back instead but my wife told me that she signed a waiver or something she cant remember the contents of the pages, and a friend told me that once you buy the unit for 3,800php you can never return the unit or get your hard earned money otherwise. Please tell me so if you had this problem as well. I’ll probably stick to my conventional dialup from now on!

I agree…their technicians doesnt even know what COMPUTER NETWORK is..During the repair service the Tech Blame my PC..he said It didnt Reach the minimum requirement which is 3Ghz of Speed of Processor ” DUH! does DSL speed relies on Processor speed? and Addition Im using a 2.4 Ghz Quad Core Processor.. I wish Foreign ISP atleast can invest here even it is from pity…..well atleast on Central Cities such as Quezon city or Manila….Please save this poor country when it comes on Internet service… every ISP Sucks..

Dumating lang si FRANK at binagsak lang niya yung antenna namin ha… so nasira kasi nabasa… dahil lang sa patapos na yung 2yrs contract kailangan pang i-renew para lang palitan yung Antenna! bulok naman service… ano ba yan… tapos nung nagbayad na kami para dun sa tubo na kinabit na extra, nung hinahanapan na ng signal… di na mahanapan… ang bulok ng service… ampupu… takte… anong kinalaman ng Wi-Fi mac address ng PC ko eh nakakabit yung cable sa LAN… tapos sasabihin pa yung signal di pumapasa sa REQUIRED… tapos kinabukasan nung di na namin tinuloy yung pakabit at papaputol na lang namin… makita kita ko yung isang bahay dito sa may amin, nakita ko naka smart bro din na antenna… mas mababa pa yung antenna… ang tatanga ng mga tech niyo… pagaralin niyo ulit yang ng BASIC na COMPUTER SCIENCE… SIMPLENG NETWORKING LANG BOBO pa…
