Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers

I’m just one of those unsatisfied customer.. Just got SmartBro connected yesterday (Sept 23) and sobra pagka dismaya ko… AS IN AMP!! Anticipated ko na inde nya ma re-reach ang 384kbps, but after activation nung account ko and tried the speed, the HELL, i’ve got only 60-80kbps… I’ve asked the contractor about the signal and sinabi, wala po ka ing alam jan, complain na lng kayo through phone kase wala daw problema sa mga signals ko (RSSI, etc.).. Sabi ko “eh OK nman pala signal bakit ganyan ang speed, konti na lng dial-up na eh.”.. (Im from North Springville Molino Bacoor)… Wala lang talagang slot ang Globelines sa area namin kaya ako napilitan sa Service nila, I’m expecting na kahit 150-200 kbps lang talo talo na, kaso wala eh… And sobrang sisi ko talaga, I used to have MyDSL sa manila, and getting 550kbps (lagi yan), and download rate of 50-60 kbps…
Kaya sobra pagka dismaya ko sa service nila.. I’m planning for a complain kaso inde uso samin ng GF ko smart, kaya shempre bibili ako ng sim para lng matawagan support nila…. Haay, ung friend ko naman na kasabay ko nag apply, he’s one of satisfied customer daw kase nasa 200-230kbps sha.. (HE”S DAMN LUCKY!!) Is 60-80kbps speed is enough to terminate this damn service?? Kahit daanin sa legal? Grabe kase eh, imagine paying P999 for almost dial-up connection?? Eh ang prepaid makakakuha ka ng 100 for 8 hours (at least tanggap ko kahit mabgal, dial-up eh), but not with this thing they’ve called “BROADBAND…” Sabagay, if your speed is above 56kbps, then its the time they will call it “BROADBAND”… AMPUPU, nadagdagan lng ng 4kbps BROADBAND NA!!… Well, sana naman they’ve excluded sa Contract ung mga inde satisfied sa service nila.. Ano sila hilo, pagbabayarin nila ang subscribers ng hindi satisfied sa service, as in HINDI SATISFIED… Subscribers has a right to demand for their satisfaction.. And sana naman, wag na nila pa exhaust ung mga troubleshooting nila kase most of subscribers are doing their best to improve their own connection…

Ano ba e2 laging dc tapos mabagal pa kakailang tawag na ako sa customer service pero ganon pa rin sayang lng bayad natin d2 pina2loy ko na lng sana ung globeline ko. walang pinagkaiba sa Dial-up e2 OMG WTF. ayusin nu naman marami na hindi satisfied sa service nu. Balak ko na e2 itigil ang pagkakbwesit sa connection na e2 every 2 minutes Dc balik tapos DC nanaman.

try nyo hanapin sa ibang forums tulad ng pinoywifi.com or pinoydsl.net kung paano nyo maayos ang connection nyo ng d umaasa sa tek ng smart
dapat lng aasa kac binabayaran namin e2 tapos d ka naman satisfied ngaun wala nanaman internet masama ang panahun cguro ung signal sumasabay sa hangin at sa ulan hahaha. pag tumawag ka sa customer service e ipconfig/all ipconfig/release lol wtf ganun pa rin tapos ok naman daw ung connection mo sa kanila palit kaya kmi ng pc. I’ve aLready paid an extension to my antenna,, and LuckiLy my connection got fixed from sept-oct,, btw,, i got subscribed to SBW just this,, i think JuLy,, and JULY FROM SEPT,, my connection is damn piece of THRASH!! ok i”LL be honest,, ur product gave me,, smooth connection just for 1 month,, but after that,, i don’t know what happened!! I’ve spend about 3 reformatting for my cpu,, assumming that the connection probLems came from my comp. but it wasn’t,, it came from ur MOST RELIABLE PRODUCT,, and not to mention the caLLs i made up to ur tech support,, they gave me useLess troubLeshooting,, that gave me super temporary resuLts,, and now!! I GET “AGAIN”,, intermittent connections,, FYI this is after the extension of my antenna,, this month of september,, and after aLmost a month,, or NOW!! Oct. 8, 06,, it came back to the normaL SMART BRO,, that’s S@#*!! 5mins connection-disconnection INTERVALS!! DONE.

Olats connection nila. Magiging ok siya for a while pag nagcomplain ka tapos after 1 to 2 months binabalik nila sa dati. 50 to 120 kbps lang ang speed ko. Nung super nagreklamo ako dati sa same problem na to (inemail ko NTC) biglang nag 300+kbps tapos ngayon bumalik na naman. Feeling ko shina-shuffle nila yung bandwidth nila from one place to another para pag talagang galit na yung kabila ililipat nila yung bandwidth doon.
feeling ko tama c hammer, kutob lng,, kc ung case ko nmn, ngpa extend n ako ng antenna neto ah, pro bumalik p rin ung wlng kwentang connection after almost a month, e ngttaka p nga ako e DURING MILENYO DAYS ha, mantakalain nyo un, ang lakas ng bagyo, pati hangin, continous connection ung net ko, suprisingly no intermittency, pro after the typhoon and almost a week, dun ngloko, and mind you, i called the hotline and tinanong ko lng kung my tech act. sa base station, wla daw, naiinis n nga ako e, kc ngbyad kme 4 extnsion ng antenna den ulit giving us thrash connection.
akala ko rin sa mga provinces lang nagkaka-problema ang smart bulok smart broken na ‘to. pati pala sa maynila! at mas malala pa yata? ganyang-ganyan din problema ko dito sa province (nasa cagayan province ako). halos 3 weeks na ngayong ako’y nawawalan o wala talagang connection. pag tawag ka naman sa tsr, wala talagang silbi, mabwisit ka lang sa scripted na advice. itigil na lang sana ng smart ang kabalbalang ito. wag nang pagbayarin ng termination o pre-termination fee ang mga disgruntled/victimized subscribers nila. and most importantly, wag na silang tatanggap ng subcribers pa na idagdag sa mga bibiktimahin nila at huhuthutan ng pera. itigil na nila ang mga advertisements nila na pangloloko lang sa tao. lalo na yung commercial nila tungkol sa negosyo o pangkabuhayan sa pagtatayo ng internet cafe using smartbro! duh, malulugi lang ang magtatayo ng ganyang pangkabuhayan kapag smartbulok ang ginamit!
count me in sa mga unsatisfied customer nila. simula ng ilagay yung smartbro namin sa bahay 2 wks lang namin sya nagamit ng maayos, after nun hindi na namin nagamit ng matino, 3 months pa lang connection namin, tapos 2 months di namin talaga namin nagamit dahil laging sira, di kami makapgbrowse, nireport ko sya agad, pero after 2 months saka pa lang sya ginawa, sira daw yung antenna. so i demand to waive yung 2 months naming billing dahil di namin talaga nagamit yung broadband na NAPAKAGANDA. Pumunta pa ko ng wireless center nila tapos after a week receive ako ng txt na naprocessed na yung request ko for rebate and makikita ko daw yun sa next billing statement ko. Edi ang saya diba, then nung narecieve ko yung billing ko walang pagbabago same pa din walang rebate akong nakita.
so tumawag nnaman ako sa customer service nila, ang sabi approved daw rebate ko pero 400 pesos lang. OMG! 2 months kung di nagamit 400 lang yung rebate ko. Ang galing talaga, para lang masabi na nagrebate sula, eh wala din naman kwenta yun.
Sabi ko ano yung basis nila para madetermine nila kung magkano rerebate nila, gusto ko malaman kung san nila nakuha yung 400 pesos na rebate ko, sabi ba naman eh 13 dys lang daw yung naaproved na rebate ko kze ang basis nila was yung report, daily report daw dapat, tanong ako what do you mean by daily report, dapat daw araw araw kung nireport kung araw araw daw akong di makaconnect, as in hello kailangan talaga araw araw. Sobrang Hassle ang panget talaga ng service, tingin nila sa akin BUM at walang ginagawa kundi magcomputer ng magcomputer. Mga G@G* pala sila eh. Sabi ko ipapadisconnect ko na sya pero i won’t pay yung bill ko and ang babayaran ko lang termination fee. Aba kailngan ko daw bayaran yung balance. BAKIT KO BABAYRAN YUNG DI KO NAMAN NAGAMIT…. ANO SILA SWERTE…
PANGET ng Service ng Smart tapos mga customer service agent nyo ang napakastupid, di alam kung pano magsolve ng problem. Nakakadisappointe, itrain naman dapat nila mga agent nila.
I am one of the many dissastisfied customer of smartbro. Generally, there is a similarity of complains with regards to slow and intermittent connection. Like mine, I’m having intermittent connection speed especially downloading videos. Obviously, smartbro isn’t doing anything to correct their problem.I wish to terminate my smartbro and I’m sure many would do the same.
OMG! you guys doesn’t have any idear how fed up I am sa pesteng smartbro na to. My husband is in US and we are talking about very important matters this past few weeks, hey look! every 2 minustes my skype call will dropped, my YM cam will blow up, Goddamn, I am paying my bill on time and this is what I’m gonna get? do you think it’s fair? I’m with their service for about 8 months now, and this is the most phenomenal happening in my whole life, dealing with useless agents, having a lot of report numbers, disconnection and much much more.
My connection is really a piece of shit, I can’t even use it cause it’s really not a thing called Internet connection. I had to call them over and over again just to to tell them how fed up I am about their service. And their LOCK-In period is useless! will you agree? what if you’re no longer happy with their service and yet you can’t do anything that to just bear with it.. fuck!!! if deciding to terminate the contract from them is what they called bridging of contract, I think it is also proper to say that they are the one who first broke it cause they aren’t giving a service that their subscriber are expecting.
I dont know how am I gonna react, feel, say everytime I’m gonna hear ting! ting! from skype that means call dropped. OMG! OMG! OMG!!!!!

My Mobile phone which is having a prepaid sim card was stolen… I went to smart and inform them to block my sim number but they are looking for the proof which is the case of the sim card which was 4 years ago.
so they dont want to block it .. kasi ginagamit pa rin ng nakadukot yong number ko.

SMART ??? they are only good on reminding you about paying your bill; I have been a very disappointed by their service , it’s just that I have no option from my previous residence; now I that I have moved, I switched to Globe DSL . SMART’s SERVICES SUCKS TO THE MAX, THEY HAVE VERY INCOMPETENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT. UP TO THE LAST MINUTE SMARTBRO SUCKS, CURSE THEM.

sa mga empleyado/empleyada ng smart brodband kay ganda ng mga propaganda ninyo sa inyong net work pero sa katotohanan ay pawang kabaliktaran…nagpa kabit kami ng inyong napakagandang brodband kuno dahil sa pag aakala naming maganda ang serbesyo. puro problema ang dulot ng net na ito. mga contractor na mga walang kwenta. mga nasa hotline na walang silbi nag complain ka ala naman ginagawa… sana tamaan kayo ng kidlat pati ang opis ninyo.grrrrrrrr….
anong signal n2 super hina online game ko super lag ang pangit n2ng smartbro anttena….. gus2 ko sana mg.papunta ng technician pero call ako ng call sa smartbro customercare tapos ulit ulit lang ang pinagagawa nila sa akin…wewewewewewe.. makaka sira e2ng smarbro anttena ng customer… 4 days ko na wala na gagamit smartbro anttena ko ng smartbro usb na lang ako malakas pa ang signal makakalaro pa ako ng online games… ang pangit smartbro antena….

Month of MAY 2011 wala ako internet connection for almost more than half month & ofcos i asked for rebate… Guess what? Yup they give me less advantage for more than half mont only P133.19 rebate, tats really crazy! Im paying P999/ month & i’ve no internet connection for more than half month & i only got P133.19 rebate what the fuck! Really fucking crazy eh! & the fact their connection is really sucks..service is really sucks!!!!!SMARTBRO is really f**** hope to get out of this contract to them!
The month of October I availed the WIMAX Plan 999 monthly,and you told me that there is a free cellphone in availing this nternet connection as your promo.And i’m very disappointed because until now ,i did not able to receive until this month mag december na lang hay naku ,,,,And my concern for this is if you have any promos to give to your consumers be sure that you can provide, in not waiting for toooooooooooooooo long kasi nakakinis ,,and you must give them exact date and day f when you can give this hindi yung iba ibang sinasabi nyu na kunin doon,,kunin d2,,ano ba talaga ????????? nakaksira kayu ng schedule na pagpunta punta namin sa mga outlet nyu,,,,i need an asap feedback for this …
SmartBro is really annoying now… really annoying!!!!!!! It doesn’t allow me to work as i need it. i have so much things to do & to finish. Im always expecting smartBro to work but it is no longer satisfying me… It’s been annoying for almost a year. Before, i thought it is just the browser that makes net connection so slow. Now I know.. It is because of this annoying smartBro!!!!!!!!
