		<description>There have been many solutions to the outlook issue of using your company smtp server by changing the ports used and authentication. Many have been successful for a week or more. it then stops working. My assesment of what they are doing is blocking us from using ports and solutions on purpose. As they find clever solutions from users, they assign their staff to block those also. The reason? I believe they are trying to protect their DSL professional services which are higher priced. If a company can use smartBro to send email, then their fear is that people will cancel their DSL at their offices and all get smartbro for less than half the price. That is their fear. I personally have never experienced such an unprofessional tactic as this. To leave hundreds or maybe thousands dissatisfied with doing such a simple thing as sending emails (from home) using a company address is ludicrous. I am now actively searching for a new provider that can meet my needs. Once it is working at home, I must cancel all of their services at our offices to send a loud message that this treatment of paying customers is, for lack of better term, immature and shows a real hole in their management and lack of understanding in marketing. The service was installed fast and professionally, I get good reception and yet this critical element is missing. TO SEND EMAIL. It's too bad. Sky Cable may just get a good boost of sales with their new service for broadband internet. it's too bad PLDT has not listened to their customers. This will cost them dearly in the end!</description>
