   in your tcp/ip properties of your lancard connected to smartbro.
   In the IP Address tab, change it from “obtain ip address automatically” to 169.254.1.1. Leave the gateway field blank.

   On your browser, type http://169.254.1.1, you will be able to access the canopy system.

   make ur TCP/IP of ur Lan Card to 169.254.1.2 (up to .6) not 169.254.1.1 and u can access it using ur browser at 169.254.1.1 provided that ur Canopy SM setting was not set to 10series - if that so, akyatin mo ung antenna mo and look for the ESN sa tag seal ng antenna mo and convert the last 6 digits into numeric form , that 6 digit serves as ur last 3 pairs of ip address that read as 10.xx.xx.xx (x=the last converted 6 digit of ur ESN), then go back to ur lancard setting and change it to 10.bbb.bbb.bbb (b= any value from 001-255) now… open ur browser and put http://10.xx.xx.xx and u can access now ur Canopy SM…

   mga sir kapag nakaset ba sa 10series yung canopy eh wala na bang ibang way para maaccess to kundi kailangan talagang akyatin yung antenna.

   meron pong paraan kung ayaw ng 169.xxx.x.x

   set ip to 10.0.02 and subnet to 255.0.0.0

   tapos sa command line (sa start menu->run->type cmd) type “arp -a” (walang quotations)

   yung lumabas na pangalawa, yung yung address ng canopy mo

   Hindi mag work yun set ip to 10.0.0.2 and subnet to 255.0.0.0. ayaw parin ma access ang canopy smart bro. any other ideas?

   you can only access the canopy ip address if the smart bro is connected in your computer directly.

   Pls also copy the subnet mask.

   When using a router, select dynamic and type the ip address 169.254.1.1

   Type the subnet mask from the canopy website, that’s all I can remember but it worked.

   sir pano po maka-access ule sa canopy? i think na-lock ako e.. timed out yung lumalabas… bago to ah? badtrip.. need help po..

    Try this step para ma open mo yun canopy

    Start > Control Panel > Network Connection >
    Right Click your network > Cick Properties
    Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) > Properties
    Use the following IP address
    IP address 10.0.0.1
    Subnet mask 250.0.0.0
    Then OK OK

    Start > Run > Type mo ito cmd > OK
    Then type mo naman ito arp -a
    pag may lumabas na nag sisimula sa 10
    Tulad nito 10.247.252.94
    Type mo sa address bar

    hi! ang problem ko naman, dati nakakaconnect din ako using my laptop.. desktop kasi talaga nakakabit yung cable.. pero nung mga nakaraang araw hanggang ngayon di na ko makaconnect sa laptop. dati kasi pag nililipat ko yung cable, lagi ako nareredirect sa login page. pero ngayon di na ko nareredirect dun. pagkabit ko sa laptop, lumalabas lang yung portal tapos pag hinintay ko or kahit iclick ko yung” if you’re not automatically redirected, click here”.. nag pe page cannot be displayed na.. lagi na lang ganun ang nangyayari. tapos pag sa desktop, ibinalik ko yung cable di na ko hinihingan ng info or di na ko nirerequire mag login tulad dati. automatic na agad nagcoconnect.. by the way, sa laptop ko nga pala nakalagay sa tray, or dun sa taskbar sa may dalawang monitors na maliit: connection: Local only.. pero dati local and internet yun e./. tulong naman po.. thanks in advance!

    takte… parang pareho kame ni jimj ng problem, e. na-enable ko din yung DHCP. wala bang software reset tong canopy na to? may spare ako canopy, e. pwede ko ba gamitin yun to connect? thanks. saklolooo… sregnov@gmail.com po sa mga gusto tumulong.

    hello… paano ba kunin yung canopy> tnag try na ako lahat ng mga sinabi nyo pero wala parin.. wland lumalabas na canopy sakin eh.. paano ba to> wlang canopy na 10.XX.XX.XX instead tatlong ip add yung lumalabas…. tulong naman please.. elefonzero@gmail.com
